Hi I have noticed when a user open a ticket in online support there is no notification for him from moderator side. Which means the user does not know when a moderator replied back to his ticket. For an experienced user this is perfectly fine. But for joe average it may be a problem because he doesnt know when a moderator reply to his message. How can i solve this problem ? And when moderator reply to a ticket the user to be notify somehow (not by email).

Hey Everyone, So, I updated to the newest version today and got locked out of AdminCP. Jim helped me get back in to the AdminCP -- disabled all plugins and applications. Using default theme and I still get this error: Fatal error: Cannot use "parent" when current class scope has no parent in /home/customer/www/taxidermy-talk.com/public_html/system/Theme/Theme.php(2703) : eval()'d code on line 41 This is the line. Hey Everyone, I just updated to the newest version. Is there an option to make a specific member or group with admin rights to be followed by all members? I want all members to be informed of anything that is posted by a news editor. I think there was an option during first setup but I had no use for it then. I haven't found a way now.

Creating a new activity stream is great, but is there a reason why topics and posts are combined into one? I cannot seem to create a new stream with just new topics for example. It's always showing recent posts made in topics too.

I have a problem upgrading my WordPress SSO plugin (see marketplace) from v1.2.2 to version 1.2.3. After trying to upload the xml-file for the first time the following error message appears: When clicking on "upload a new version", however, another error message is displayed: I do not see any means to upgrade via the Marketplace. Members now get an error: [[Template forums/front/topics/topic is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] but admins don`t - which is kind of crazy ... I updated IPB to the latest version 4.7.2.1 and everything seems to be fine. After that I updated php 7.4 to 8.0, which made some problems, because I forgot three modules. After installing them the white window vanished. Looking for the error, I used the rescue mode and turned that off afterwards.
