HI there, I upgraded my test site to 4.7.3 and now i am testing switching my php to 8 or 8.1. Hi, guys - I set up Donations in my forum a few months back. We did get one donation that worked; however, one of the members has tried a few ways to donate, all of which have been rejected. He’s tried both AMEX and Mastercard - neither work. He is in Canada, but I did set up CAD as a way to contribute - still no luck. Any ideas? dB

Hi i upgrade today my PHP to 8.1 before upgrading Invision. when i start upgrading, everything seems to work fine but to the extract moment i got this : How can i upgrade and fix this ? Or what causing this ? thank you I seem to be caught in between, because the web page gives me the error that I upgrade and i need to wait, but I still have access to the admin panel And somes part of the admin panel missing too

I set up an RSS feed, and am having issues with missing articles in my Pages app. I fully understand the settings--I've selected "Articles" under the "Content" setting, under "Categories" I've checked ALL, and content posted by everyone, yet around 1/3 of the articles do not show up in the RSS feed. I've also tried selected every category manually to see if anything is different, but there are still 1/3 that are missing. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

Some time ago I added a simple message widget to our login page which notes to users that they can use either their email address or display name to login. With the upcoming changes that will prevent users from logging in with their display name I want to remove this widget, but for the life of me I can't find where to do so. Obviously on most pages when logged in as admin I can hit the little flyout button on the left to adjust these widgets, but I can't visit the login page while already logged in to do so! It was many years ago I added this in the first place (and many versions ago) so I don't remember at all how I added it initially, doesn't look like a manual mo…

I cannot seem to find any posts about this issue, so maybe there is something on my end? I use online 3rd parties to repost my content to social media. I have been using Zapier as it is very fancy, but expensive. So I decided to try another service, and it reads my RSS, but then it was grabbing the first image in my description tag (So I thought!) I went to read over my RSS, and sure enough, the <Enclosure url="XXX" is the first image in the description tag. It should be showing the main thumbnail image instead. Today I’ve updated to the latest version (4.7.3) and now I am sporadically receiving the following error when accessing our forums home page. Looks to be related to the calendar and/or the “Todays Birthdays” widget which we have on the home page - this is currently not appearing. I purchased the "Brilliant Discord Integration" app but it is not showing up in my Marketplace to install. Even with following the exact directions from the download file button, it is still not coming up in the marketplace to install after purchasing. I am also having issues with Marketplace finding RolePlay even though I already have it installed.

Hi, bit of puzzlement. Upgraded a couple other sites (one cloud, one self-hosted) to 4.7.3 without apparent issue but this particular cloud site (crctc.org) gives me a Page not found error when backing up the breadcrumb from an event to the "Events" slug as displayed on the breadcrumb. May I have the IP address ranges that IPS services will use during upgrade? I want to redirect all IPs but my own and IPS upgrade to a maintenance page while I perform the upgrade. I just installed the new version of Invision and the display of image block changed. It is giving more space to the first photo. Is it just me or somebody else is experiencing this problem? Maybe I am doing something wrong, but didn't have this problem before. Help appreciated.,

I'm just after updating my forum to the latest version of IPB. Now when I login, or any of my users, they're greeted with the message "Something went wrong, please try again" and my forums are not viewable to them. I have attached my system logs. I have also attached the error log for when I log onto the forum. This has never happened before, and it only occurred directly after I updated to the latest version of IPB. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Something weird, i get a 503 error but no error logs on the server or in IPB. When i clear the cache in ACP Support, the Error is gone and the site is working again. This happens frequently now. The hosting can not find any issue, same as me, no server errors and the servers is running fine. Who has an idea ?
