Even with following the exact directions from the download file button, it is still not coming up in the marketplace to install after purchasing. Â If you are not, the app won't show as it is listed as being ONLY compatible with 4.7. Â If you are running 4.7, you can get to it manually by just searching for "Brilliant" in the search.
