There is a "recent activity in my clubs" stream on the clubs front page.
 

 
I would like to have that "Recent activity in my clubs" stream as a block, so I can have it on the front page of my community. But I havent been able to figure out a way to make that block in the blocks section.
Help is really appreciated as my community is "club centric". Everything is about the clubs members follow.

Without a template edit, you can't.

What I used to do is to post the image to a hidden gallery album, copy the url and paste that to the article. It will then display according to image parameters set.

This creates secondary issues however.  You would have to remove the image that you post via the ACP "Image" within the "Content" section of an Article creation or else you would have both images displaying. When you do that though, then your "Categories" image draw is blank. 
I said used to because @opentype's SuperBlocks and SuperGrid plugins fixes this issue beautifully.

It’s a Pages page. You could create a custom CSS file in the templates section and then activate that for just this page. That would be the cleanest solution. 

I Believe the feed showing there is all activity, which cannot be edited in that manner unfortunately. All other streams can, as mentioned by Randy above, but the 'All activity' one would indeed show them all. You can only remove items such as it showing hen a member follows, reacts etc.

Activity Feeds are controlled in ACP > System > Content Discovery > Streams
If you choose "Edit" for the "Unread Content" stream, you'll see what options are available.  There is not any settings specifically related to RSS.  However if the feeds are posting into specific dedicated forums you could filter those forums out by choosing "Content Types".  Check everything and then in the bottom will be an option to select specific forums.  Check everything EXCEPT the forums you don't want to show up.

As mentioned, we use withdrawal on paypal within our own marketplace. I have flagged this for our developers to comment though

I would give a reciprocal database a try. Manage specialities in one database. Add a database relationship field to the doctors, where multiple specialities can be choosen. Enable cross linking.
 

Just for the record: it isn’t possible in any app, official or 3rd-party. A big change in Core would need to be done to allow this. I wouldn’t expect it at all.

You might not be able to duplicate all of the functionality of Reddit, but you might be able to come up with an implementation that offers similar overall value to your community.

Sorry for the confusion, this will be fixed in the May release. It gets a little confusing around release days as some fixes are scheduled for the current month, and others for the next.

Problem solved, did what @opentypesuggested and configured group permissions accordingly. Thank you, help very much appreciated.

It's going to be easier if you post links to your site so people can view the page source instead of just a screenshot. Why? Because you've customised the theme, therefore suggestions people can provide may not work as you may have changed the html.
Anyway - based on the assumption that you haven't modified the template, then edit core -> front -> global -> navBarItems
Find (there are 2 instances of this, and the ... is there to indicate that there is more code on the 2 lines you will find):
 
<a href="{{if $item->link()}}... Add the following after the opening "<a ":
title="{$item->title()}" to make:
<a title="{$item->title()}" href="{{if $item->link()}}... Save the template.
That's the basic title on hover.
If you want it a little different then add this too:
data-ipstooltip to make:
<a title="{$item->title()}" data-ipstooltip href="{{if $item->link()}}... Save the template.
Can you do this with CSS? Potentially, but as the 'title' is an attribute of an html element then it should be added in the html code, not using css.
