Today adding new plugins to the CKEditor is a lottery: maybe it will work, maybe it will ruin the editor completely. No previews, no tests, no undo. If a plugin brake the editor, the only thing you can do is to reset it. And add all previous plugins manually again and arrange all the buttons again. Managing CKEditor plugins in Invision Community is a very implicit process. 
I think Plugin manager for CKEditor will help many Invision Community customers who are not limited to standard CKEditor capabilities.

Has anyone been able to successfully create dropdown menus for the CKEditor, using this plugin which is created and up kept by the CKEditor team? (Does that count as 3rd party?) And if so would you be willing to show me / us how it's done? 

WARNING
If you install the plugin provided in that link as is, it will break your editor causing all buttons to disappear. I believe it needs to be configured properly first.
If you do that, you can restore the toolbar to its default state and they will reappear, but any customization you've done to the editor will be gone.
It also has a dependency, which is the menubutton plugin, also created and up kept by the CKEditor team.

I just did a manual upgrade to 4.6 and no errors as I went through the process until it said it was completed successfully.
This is showing on the Homepage 
Error: Call to undefined method IPS\Login\Steam::forcePasswordResetUrl() (0) #0 /home/xxxxxx/public_html/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(110): IPS\Dispatcher\_Front->init() #1 /home/xxxxxx/public_html/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher::i() #2 {main} It appears that it's the Steam Login that I forgot to disable (as I forgot about the login handlers) before upgrade is causing the issues, so I went into the database and to the login handler row and disabled the steam login there, but still the same issues are occurring. 

When I'm in the dashboard, it just shows the error EX0 and nothing else so I'm not able to access support from there. 

Not sure where to go from here, but any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Is it possible to create such blocks with IPS onboard functions? Text and image should be customizable by someone who does not know any HTML or CSS. 

Ideally, the result should be importable into IPS like block templates.
Note: I can HTML and CSS but, the user cannot. Additionally, he is on the Starter cloud and cannot import any custom plugins.

This would save an immense amount of time if you ship a lot of things. 
I currently have about 2000 things to ship, and it is going to be more.    It may not look like that in my list but we had to switch the membership to a digital product because we had so many shipping errors. 
Right now I have to print twice, staple those together, pack, pull it apart cut out the label and attach it to the package.
If the invoice could have a better formatted address on it all the info would be in one place.  It could be folded and use as a packing slip.
All that would be required is to copy the Print Label formatting into the address part of the Invoice.
Anyone else have any better ideas?

I have a small forum with a heavily used club for chosen members only. 
Now I am in the process of re-branding and re-structuring. 
The forum would get another name and domain. And maybe even another owner. 
Is there any option I could later in the case I need to export the club (the content of it) to a new licence? Or in any other format?

The question fits for another business case too:
If I want to attract let´s say influencers to use my forum as a kind of marketplace. And they choose to use clubs. Can I assure them that their content in the clubs is their´s? And they can take it with them in case we split?

I'm helping @Catsmother with this. Each themes statistics widget is saying different things. If I click on the arrow on the left to get into the widgets settings then click edit on the forum statistics then save, it updates, but then it doesn't update for a good few hours. Its very strange! The sidebar is set to update every minute too. So i don't know what could stop this from updating. 

Assuming you are seeing this as a logged in user and only impacted by the block/sidebar cache, there is a task which updates statistics like this. As you're using Traffic to run background tasks, it could be this isn't updating super quickly but is eventually when the task is ran again. Additionally on top of this, you're using a plugin to reformat numbers. A good way to test this would be to do the following:
Disable all third party applications/plugins/ Make a post. Navigate your site for a good 10 minutes. Did that resolve your concern? If so, re-enable applications/plugins and try again. If it's back, it's a third party application/plugin which is related. If it's not, then you may wish to switch to CRON for running background tasks (ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration) if you have high expectations of these statistics every ~5 minutes as they are programmed to.

Something is confusing me, My forum statistics can take 10 hours to update or catch up. the cache is set at 1 minute so I have no idea why this is happening.
Can anyone help please? it has been stuck on 10.711 posts since early this morning UK time.
