Hello everyone,
I'm hosted with IPS. I've searched high and low for plugins and code to support what I'm trying to accomplish, which is to simply play a url like the following:
https://stream1-idigitalmedium.radioca.st/stream
I've purchased this code: https://codecanyon.net/item/shout-html5-radio-player-with-ads-shoutcast-and-icecast-support/20522568
Of course I am scratching my head as in how I can upload these files to the server (it would connect to a remote audio that I am hosting using shoutcast). I'm thinking support will tell me its out of scope (which is the answer I get for most of my requests)
Really, all I want to know is:
How can I have HTML5 streaming of Shoutcast 2 audio with IPS?

Open to any and all suggestions! Plugins that work, other ways of inserting code (including source), etc. I've seen other people ask on here and receive no response.

I see what you mean:

I thought you were saying it wasn't bringing ANY data from specific artists. It is bringing data from everyone, except the description.
The API itself does not provide the artist biography. I get that via scraping their page, for example.

I can see the info is still there:

but not in a page as it was before. I'll have to browse around and see where they placed that info.
I should update it in upcoming days.

The album search is broken right now since theaudiodb made some of the API methods patreon-only
I'll try to get everything working without that methods and will allow to add an optional patreon-API-key for better results

I appreciate it.  Let me reach out.  Would be cool if you sold this app.  I'm sure it would sell more now a days than ever before.  It seems its pretty big demand for podcasting a vlogging and it doesn't seem very difficult.  Biggest piece is to have a decent player on the site (which you already have) and the ability to store files and then RSS feeds for playlists.  So close...  🙂. It takes a bit of knowledge. Are you primarily concerned with it just not being visible, but okay with someone being able to right click on your community, select view source, and see the number of clicks there? Or do you want it completely hidden from the public, with no way for anyone to determine how many times it has been clicked?

Oh! And forum rules too in ACP > Posting > Forums. You can do it there as well.

A thread can only exist in one forum, so you can't pin that topic in multiple places.
What you can do though is put the topic in one forum, and pin it..then move it to another forum, and "leave a link to the new location". Repeat the move to other forums and so on.
Then set the 'Delete Moved Links' setting in the ACP to 'Never'

You can create an announcement in each forum that links to a common thread (or post the same thread in multiple forums and pin them individually).
There's no way to assign a thread to multiple forums though.

You can edit it out of the template, create a template hook that removes it, or if you just don't want it to be visible (but still there to those who like to look under the hood), use some CSS to set display:none;

No and this is too vague. Which artists? Give issues? Which issues? Anything in your logs? Don’t work now but work later?

Nope, it only will show up if there are events.

They're tied to your account. Simply make a new forum (making sure the old one is deleted) and access ACP and sign in to the marketplace to install the add-ons you purchased.
 
 

If 'Add-on' means part of the suite, then:
If 'Add-on' means application or plugin from the Marketplace then you install from directly in the ACP.

So far no other users are have this issue. It seems to have been just the two. They took another quiz and didn’t have any issues at all. Just giving you a heads up and thanks!

You mean the topic stuff? I can certainly make a custom version for you but it doesn’t make much sense to me because you will have topics repeated at every year, so it doesn’t look interesting to me.

All the resources are made based on default theme, otherwise I would have to develop one resource for each theme out there, what would make things totally impracticable. 
Ask support for your designer. Maybe some CSS of your theme is causing the issue. Feel free to ask him to contact me via private message if he didn’t agree with something.

Fixed problem which was not an issue with the add on. It was my mistake. 
 

Mark Forum As Read option is very easy to spot imo. You can not miss it. Are you using a custom theme which has moved it someplace else?
