Hi @teraßyte, great plugin. If possible could you add an option for the ACP shortcut button to also display on the hover card. This would make it much quicker to divert to the ACP than needing to open the member's profile page to see the ACP shortcut button. Example: Click that icon on the hover card to divert to the members ACP profile page.

No. The lifetime upgrade option does not show when the monthly subscription is expired. The lifetime upgrade option only shows when the member’s monthly subscription is active.

I have the upgrade option set to "charge full price". However, after the subscription has expired the upgrade lifetime membership option doses not show the upgrade option. The photo below shows when the monthly subscription is active. The photo below shows when the monthly subscription has expired.

@IPS Support, I have two paid access on my website. One paid access is set up as a monthly subscription for one month of access, which has to be manually renewed by the member after it expires. The other paid access is set up as a one-time paid access for a lifetime membership, which does not need to be renewed. When a member purchases the monthly subscription and that subscription has expired, they only have the option to renew, and the option to purchase my lifetime access is greyed out. (Before the member purchased the monthly subscription, they had both options for purchasing a monthly or a lifetime membership. However, if they purchase a monthly subscription after that subscription has expired, they cannot purchase the lifetime membership. They only have the option to renew the monthly subscription ) Is it possible to make the monthly subscription automatically cancel after it expires, so a member who first bought a monthly subscription can purchase a lifetime membership without me having to use the ACP to cancel their expired monthly subscription manually? I would like a member who, at first, purchases a monthly subscription to have the option to purchase a lifetime membership when their monthly subscription has expired. Is this possible?

Hi, I'm trying to get a google ads widget to sticky when scrolling. When I edit the widget I can see the widget ID, however when I save and refresh the the page there is no widget ID in the page source. I know this code should make the widget a sticky widget. position: sticky; top: 0 ;

Can you tell the name of the folder where the Scanner.php file is located for editing?

I have had this issue for 1 month now and not the developer nor anyone has showed any interest in my issue. I ask what is php-fpm and where can I find it. Randy’s responds had no helpful information regarding my question. If one of your self hosting customer asked you what is php, would you tell that self hosting customer to go and ask his hosting provider? Furthermore, my question was not addressed to Randy as Randy is not the awsses app developer. When someone ask you a question and you then tell that person to go and ask someone else. I am sure that is not a helpful response.

No point explaining to him, The plugin price states $10, common sense means you pay the update price when you need it. He says $40 for a green dot is too expensive.. You even reply with a very rude unprofessional comment about I must read your previous post. Your app is not free, I paid you for this app which is useless now as it is conflicting with my admin account and sql database, for which you have ignored. You have showed no interest in resolving the issue I am having. It seems you only offer support for your app to some people and not me, why is this? I await your timely response regarding your app's issues.

I remove cloud flare and it is the same issue. Server is shared hosting linux. The server is working fine as when your app is deactivated I do not have this issue. The issue also happens when using php 7.4, 8, 8.1 and 8.2 Something that IPS changed in 4.7.2 is causing the issue as there were no issue in 4.7.1 . Your app is conflicting with my admin account and my sql database. Can you update me on this issue. This is the error I get without cloudflare.
