The stock reply feature in IPS v4 is one of the best features introduced. As a one-man band, having to respond to customer support daily via private messages, I get asked the same questions by different customers all the time. If two or more customers ask me the same question, I create a detailed response and save it to stock replies. This has saved me a lot of time having to type responses manually. The stock replies also make it very self-satisfying, knowing I can send a detailed support response 24-7, no matter where I am located. I could be out and about or even wake up at night to check my phone and reply to support instantly. My stock reply list is now very long, and I would like to be able to organize it more by having folders for different subjects, which would make it faster to select the reply I want. If IPS has some free time, can you look into evolving the stock replies feature to include more options? Thanks

I didn't like the name my website was powered by, "No offence," so I changed mine to Powered by Satan the Devil. Then I discovered I had to pay the Almighty God five hundred big dollars to get it removed. It was the best $500 I have ever spent. Trust me, paying the $500 to remove the IPS branding will make your website popular and prosperous in no time. My website has returned that $500 multiplied by 100 times a long ago. Spend money to make lots more money. That is the aim of the game.

I rely on the "source" button to input many iframe codes into all the places where the editor is used on my website. Nice job. I did not see these two previous features in the new editor. Will this new editor still have the stock reply feature and the Source button for inputting code to the editor? I rely a lot on those two features.

My site data has now grown. I have two options. Move to a bigger hosting plan or offload to Amazon S3. If I offload all files, data, and images to Amazon s3. Will it affect my Google Image links? Will links for photos in Google and other search engine still work? Or will my site need to be re-indexed by Google? Is there any negative side effects from doing this? Will all the local data automatically be deleted after moving to Amazon s3?

As stated by others. The user log in normal. The user does not have the option to long on anonymously. Your software has bug.

Disabling right-click is still an effective solution. Not everyone is tech-savvy and will look for URLs in the page sources. WordPress has a very effective plugin that can do this. Not every driver follows the road speed limit. However, a vast majority do.

I, too, have seen this on my website occasionally. Members displayed and logged in anonymously. I chose not to seek support for it due to the harsh frustration you, the IPS support, put its self-hosting customers through when I reported issues with your software. You always try to blame every issue I have on my hosting provider or third-party resources. Yes, this issue of anonymous login by non-anonymous members is real.

If php 8.3 is not supported, the suite should state this in the apc.

I personally have never seen this warning. There was no php warning when updating nor in the apc. If updating past php 8.1 is so critical for the suite this should be stated in the apc support section or have a warning in the apc when a system does not have the recommend version of php. No one here can read minds.

In my book, the latest is always the best. Someone has to be the guinea pig for the rest or there will be a slow evolution. I'll be installing IPSv5 on the first day it drops🙂.

Hosting said the tmp folder is permission is correct, and the folder is not full. I have no server logs.

I uploaded the files again, and the update installed OK. Still, how do I get the auto-update fixed. Can you check what prevents the auto-update from working?

How can it be my hosting when you have not even log to my site to check? what is the point of seeking support from you in here? The site works fine unti I try to update your software. Now you blame my hosting.
