It may be the language strings _date_format_yyyy and _date_format_mm. They have those values, although aren't necessarily used there. It's worth checking, though.

In that case, you would want option 2 in that list. Edit the baseurl to point to a different (hopefully working) repository. 🙂 
Also MariaDB may be already in one of those other channels you subscribe to. You might want to confirm that before spending time on adding different repos.
 
If it is, just remove the bad repo and call it a day. If not, find an alternative and add it and disable the bad one. 

The MariaDB repo you're trying to call is not responding.  In looking at the URL (http://yum.mariadb.org/10.2/centos7-amd64/repodata/repomd.xml), it shows up as a 404 error.  So yes...  it indeed does look to be a bad repo.  
The output above actually gives you your available options...  you can permanently disable that repo by running:
yum-config-manager --disable mariadb

You need to import the package key so it is accepted.
 
rpm --import https://mirror.city-fan.org/ftp/contrib/GPG-KEYS/RPM-GPG-KEY-city-fan.org-rhel-7  

You can't; there is no option/setting for this but there goes a tiny plugin to do it:

The thumbnail size setup function of the screenshots is too weak in Downloads of current version. It would be much better if we could set the dimensions or the file size of the thumbnail and let the system to do the scaling job. If I uploaded a 5MB picture as a screenshot, then it would show up as the original size which is very slow sometimes.

You would edit the menu in order to do this. There would be no other way to change the location. That downloads item on the menu currently will always lead to the main downloads page

For example, in forum A, I can set the Image Feed of gallery A, while in forum B, I can set the Image Feed of gallery B. Different forums, different Image Feeds.

From the links provided and looking at Google's developer docs, it looks like there is a noted workaround. Using www.recaptcha.net instead of www.google.com as the domain:

Taking a peek under the hood, it looks like IPS is hardcoding the domain.
