  1. You would need to double check any questions with your hosting provider, I'm afraid. Simply because your server is one area, doesn't mean they have other areas of their infrastructure involved. How exactly did you perform this upgrade?
  2. Afraid that there is no setting for this. This likely is something going wrong in the theme or third party add-on. I would recommend disabling all third party applications/plugins then switching to an unmodified theme then trying to quote the same post again.
  3. Please ensure that if you are using CRON that your CRON task is also using PHP 8. If your server uses multiple PHP versions, this could be you still have the CRON task set to use an old version.
  4. Please ensure that the group has permissions in ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand System -> Profiles.
  5. If your server is running through a reverse proxy, this may explain the IP address the way it is. You will want to contact your hosting provider/server administrator to ask this. The subscription options listed there are not available to that user on the front-end (or have been removed since) as logging in as the user, I am not seeing them. Did this user previously have one of these subscriptions then removing them from being purchase did you opt to change the subscription?
  6. Looks like it was an issue with the Cloud version, sorry for the confusion. I have fixed this issue on your Cloud community now. This was due to third party add-ons. Please ensure you upgrade all add-ons to be compatible with 4.7.4 and uninstall those who are not.
  7. @SFLUFAN, is this for your self-hosted license as you selected here or is this for your Cloud package? Sorry for any confusion.
  8. If it is just the ACP which is not working, please try the recovery mode. If afterwards it is working, this would indicate a third-party add-on issue. https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode
  9. Glad to hear your issue is resolved and you were able to upgrade 🙂 .
  10. As mentioned, if you're on or have applied files for Invision Community 4.7.4, you would need PHP 8. Once on PHP 8, we can assist you.
  11. Sorry to hear that you are frustrated. The warning prior to the upgrade has been put in place to let you know that if you use an application/plugin/theme/language pack in the marketplace and that there is an upgrade (or not) for it so that you don't encounter a broken community when you upgrade. If you have a completely custom theme, the warning in place is for you to check the theme because we don't know what is happening, so we just want to give community administrators a heads up prior to them pulling the trigger. I'm afraid, this a choice to run these addons/customizations and, unfortunately, keeping them up to date is a requirement if you want to upgrade your community. If it is causing frustration, you may wish to limit the customizations that you have on your community so that things are more unmodified/default and can be upgraded without worry. There is the "Easy Mode" theme editor where you can change colors on the theme but keep templates the same, so you don't have to worry about a custom theme upgrade. Alternatively, this is not a security release so you're more than welcome to take your time in upgrading to ensure that you get your customizations working. Releases on our end will be monthly so perhaps when we start announcing betas, it would be a good time to start preparing yourself for an upgrade, if you choose to continue running customizations. It is also worth noting that December and January releases will be more maintenance/bug fix related so it may allow you to pace these upgrades.
  12. Please be advised that it is the weekend so our support will be delayed. Unfortunately, the URL on file is not having any issues but it looks like a test forum was installed. Please have the issue present and we can take a look. However, if this is a server related issue, you will need to work with your hosting provider.
  13. The errors from the error log you’ve posted are not related. Essentially, you server is just denying access to an image based on the server configuration. Not the cause of your 500. The last screenshot you’ve posted there is a “Call to a member function language() on null” This more often than not ends up being an error connecting with your database as the software can’t grab the language info. You’ll want to very your conf_global.php for your database connection and verify that. Then also check if it’s running,etc.. if you have a hosting provider, you’ll want to contact them for assistance.
  14. As you’re hosted on our Cloud platform, there is nothing you need to worry about. We take care of PHP for you 🙂 .
  15. You have an external login provider that you have setup via OAUTH, if your account is only attached to that, you would need to re-authorize via the button rather than login via the login form. If you're getting a configuration error (EX0) when attempting your external login provider, you will want to setup an Invision Community password, you can do that by using the forgot password functionality of the login of the front-end of your community.
  16. I’d advise uploading all again in case it’s not the only one.
  17. Please ensure all files are present and readable. This error indicates they are not, I’m afraid.
  18. Unfortunately, Invision Community 4.5 is not compatible with PHP 8 so you would need to likely apply the files for Invision Community 4.7.4 and then upgrade to PHP 8 to perform the upgrade. Please ensure PHP 8 is compatible with our software by using the following tool:
  19. This would require customization. There is not something available to return this via the software itself. Matt did make this post to return custom member titles so you may be able to look at this but I'm afraid, this is outside our scope of support and only provide as a courtesy:
  20. Glad to hear you were able to find out why it was happening. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
  21. Sorry, it can take some time for our Marketplace team to review your theme and approve it depending on how many items are in the queue and then also, how large your theme is. Please be aware that it is the weekend now and our Marketplace team only works during regular business hours so it may not be till next week till our team will advance.
  22. Invision Community 4.7.4 is not compatible with anything less than PHP 8. Each time you upgrade PHP, please ensure that it is compatible with our software: https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/ Additionally, it is worth mentioning that PHP 8 is a large upgrade and add in breaking changes for things PHP previous "soft-failed" for, if you have any non-PHP8 compatible third-party applications/plugins/themes, these also could be interfering with display of the software so while our software is fine (as indicated through the upgrade), it could be one of these which is creating a problem. As @Dll indicated, you will want to check the server error logs for what is happening.
  23. As you're utilizing a third-party integration to facilitate a login provider with Discord, you will need to contact the author for assistance here for any issues within that process.
  24. Sorry, you do not. Only way would be for the author to release a fix via the marketplace or provide you a custom export to install (if you're on the right plan)
  25. We can certainly provide you with DNS records to connect a sub-domain of your domain to your community here. However, it would not be integrated with SquareSpace. They would need to be 2 separate sub-domains as they exist on 2 different locations. Please be advised I have created a ticket so that we can provide you those DNS records. Please check your email for further correspondence.
