Not quite. Admin can have different permissions, but there is no "super admin". You can have all permissions or some permissions, but there can be multiple admin with all permission. There isnt a single admin that has more than all the others unless you specifically have set it that way.
As a cloud customer, if you want us to confirm your position we can certainly do that. Submit a ticket to us with the name of your account and the other admins account, and we can certainly ensure you are better informed of what you need to do

Your site itself will remain operable if inactive, however you cannot upgrade or use any IPS related services such as support, spam service etc. Of course after a 2 year period your license would be permanently expired, so you would then not be able to renew

The application is "(DP45) Custom Links" by DawPi.
DawPi worked with me and figured out what had to be fixed, he created a new version of his app and had it out in his marketplace in record time and the app works as advertised.
Can't say enough about DawPi's customer service. Excellent!

Commerce has not been removed.  It will continue to be available and they're adding more support for digital transactions (like better ad support, more subscriptions options, selling different digital offerings on your site, etc).  The only thing removed from Commerce is the ability to ship physical products.  The marketplace closure is not related to IPB5 development and has been done for MONTHS already.

Disabling plugins will not change the column being present that has the issue. The only option would be to get the issue resolved or the issue removed (by removing the plugin or application that adds that item)

In the case of this one, the error is very specific and coming from your mysql instance. Its denying access to that user on that database. So something is wrong in that access. It may be that it doesnt have permission at all, or it doesnt have the correct level of permissions (it should be able to fully read and write to that database)

Always something good to do 🙂 I've done the same myself in the past, and ended up with none at all lol

It seems to be a cache thing, I went through with one of the users after turning all the apps/plugins, then turning them back on them slowly and checking. It seemed to be very random. I also found temporarily sometimes it would be resolved by just mass disabling the plugins and then allowing them to come back on.
I'm going to speak with a third party dev, as I don't think it's a bug relating IPS but something going on with my site.
