  1. Yes, it was fixed. Could I please clarify if they were just given the promotion, or if they were given it prior to you running that? I ask as it would not reverse a previous action
  2. You would then need to contact your hosting company on this, as either mbstring has an issue on your server, or your task isnt being run under the PHP version you think it is. This is however a hosting issue, and not something it is possible for us to resolve at a software level, unfortunately
  3. You would need to contact your hosting company to see what exactly is timing out there. It may well be mysql timeouts, or it could even be hitting a memory limit. I will move your ticket to our hosting forum to see if anyone there has some ideas for you that may be more familiar with nginx environments
  4. I certainly understand the situation there. For the most part however, it would tend to be a quick test between one version and the next. Most will tend to be put fix releases only. In this one, you simply happened to be between 2 releases that are larger in size.
  5. This is Actually an issue on your PHP installation. Its missing the mbstring extention which is required for the software to run
  6. No problem at all. Thats what we're here for 🙂
  7. What are analytics? Analytics are a way of tracking and reporting website traffic on your site. We offer the ability to integrate your google analytics, google tag manager, or mamoto analytics into your site by simply entering the code given into your adminCP Adding these to your site You can switch on Google Analytics, Google Tag manager or Mamoto integration by visiting the following location within your adminCP. System -> Site Features -> Integrations Select "Enable" under the relevant option, and enter the code given to you by google in the relevant boxes. API Key Entry This is all that is needed to integrate these. You should now see your analytics being captured in the relevant platforms
  8. This looks to be an issue with the stream configuration, possibly with the missing title, as mentioned by my colleague in the ticket. Without access however, it really is impossible for us to know for sure
  9. This should be fixed in 4.6.10. Please could you confirm?
  10. There is no way in which to schedule posts at present
  11. As mentioned above, it will very likely be that files have not been extracted correctly, and you should follow the instructions from Nathan above. If it isn't, we would need to know what it is you are seeing now you are trying to complete it.
  12. You can change your profile photo/avatar by selecting the small icon next to it on your profile. I have screenshot what mine looks like here for example If you arent seeing this, check in your group in the admin CP, and ensure you have something set for the profile photo size, and that the "Do not allow photo uploads" is not selected
  13. Excellent to hear. 🙂
  14. Just to note here. In addition to that mentioned by my colleague above, while you can upgrade to an older version, we would not recommend it. Our recommendation would be to test with the 4.6.10 release, and address those issues. This is because if you do the live upgrade and do it to 4.6.9, and Something goes wrong, our advice would only be to revert and use the latest release. We wouldnt assist with issues you have in upgrading to an older release
  15. It seems there was an issue with your constants file and corrupt datastore entries. I have set that back to its default so if you had a specific datastore directory, you will need to redo that. If not, then leave it as it is. Either way, I'm sure you will be happy to know your upgrade is done and your site is back online.
  16. No problem. Please let us know if you then have any further issues on the upgrade
  17. Just checked another browser for you, and also checked off the VPN I was using. Seems to be working on both
  18. I am not seeing any issues on your site at all on this end. Your site is showing as online
  19. As mentioned above, that's not something related to our software. You would need to contact your hosting provider
  20. Have you reuploaded with a fresh download? I ask that question even given what you said above, as there was a patch write patched an issue. I would say however, that the image you got in the first instance seems that you overwrote the directory entirely rather than just overwriting files that already exist.
  21. Have you checked the server error log to see what the error itself is?
  22. I think that may be a misunderstanding. Items in bold are the items themselves that are unread. Refreshing the page would not stop them being bold. Only visiting the item would.
  23. No problem at all. Glad you got where you needed to be
  24. I would need some examples of this if possible, so I can investigate and see whats going on there for you
  25. Memory being used on your server is not the same as what is allowed to be used by your PHP instance. You need to contact your hosting company and have them increase the memory_limit value on PHP. I have managed to force the upgrade through for you, however note you may find you have the same problem on the next update if you dont have them increase this
