  1. Indeed that will be the issue. However that does mean the FTP details are unfortunately incorrect. While I can connect, it does not lead me to your site
  2. Also incorrect unfortunately. Could I just check you selected the correct site? Please provide the first character of the domain
  3. Please could you check those, as they still appear to be incorrect
  4. Please could you update your ACP access details on file? I can get to FTP but cant seem to get into the ACP to look
  5. What Im saying there is the IPs showing there are not actually UK based. So there isnt actually an issue there with stripe. The message being returned to the users is correct
  6. Not really sure what I can suggest to be completely honest there. All I can say is there isnt anything on the software end that would really cause what you are describing
  7. Only your hosting company is really going to be able to answer that question, as they will likely be able to see what limits are being hit there
  8. I have moved this topic to our developers forum for you. Development is outside the scope of standard support, but hope you manage to get an answer to what you are trying to achieve
  9. Looking at the message and your stripe setup, that would be correct. The stripe setup you have set in your system is limited only to some countries, and the couple I have checked there, are not allowed countries in that stripe setup
  10. That can really only be caused on the client side. There isnt anything the software could do to cause issues for an individual person in relation to the speed of the site. You would be best in the first instance to report this to your hosting company, as it sounds like something is limiting bandwidth for individuals
  11. No problem. I would also need to know the item, so please PM that too
  12. Are you seeing any issues on your server with regards your server error logs? Also, have you tested this on another machine at all?
  13. The only separation is that which is shown in the first image. You would need to first separate them into different folders if you wanted to see them separately. There is no other way to do that
  14. No problem at all. Let us know once you have these
  15. If you are unsure on how to set up these things, you would need to contact your hosting company. With the access on the front end, we need an admin login. These should then be added on file within your client area by selecting your license and selecting to review your access details. Without these, we have no ability to assist.
  16. You need to update all access details. At present I can neither log in through your SSO nor access ftp, so cannot see the issue nor check anything
  17. Please update all access details on file, and we can then take a look. Have you changed anything on your server?
  18. If you have an example user and item, I can log in and take a look if you wish?
  19. We would need an example you have used. We can then take a look for you
  20. Please feel free to post within our suggestions area if you wish to see additional features added to our core platform
  21. Glad to see you appear to have found the problem there. As mentioned by Sonya above, the post before register feature is the best way in which to get guests posting a subsequently registering, while preventing spam on the site
  22. If you are having issues with an application and do not have the files to upload, you should contact the author of that application for assistance with this.
