  6. I have switched away from template caching that you had switched on, as that is what was causing you problems. Your server is actually showing service unavailable frequently, which is likely why template caching is having issues. Unless you have good reason to have that switched on, I would leave that switched off
  7. I would suggest removing or at least checking the formatting code you are using on your user groups. Its very very likely that one of these is causing you issues. Something there is so wide its pushing the sidebar down

  17. Yes, that would be expected, as we dont actually store card details. They are stored on the card processor side, and not on our side. Therefore we dont Actually have the current full details to provide them with in order for you to use an existing one for a different provider
  18. This is intentionally not automated. The licensing is there to ensure people are not abusing the licensing process. I must admit to being extremely confused by your statement that its extremely difficult to change, even with a ticket, as I am seeing no tickets on your account. I have created a ticket for you on your behalf. Respond to that with exactly what you need, and we can get it sorted for you.
