  1. It looks like an issue with your theme. Has this stopped being logged since you cleared cache? Its not clear from your message
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. You may see issues. You really need to ensure you have that line in place in your conf_global.php file
  4. I have done this for you, and you should be good to go
  5. Sounds like it was the setting change rather than tasks there. Please let us know if you have any further issues
  6. I have created a ticket for you on this, and someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  7. Thank you for reporting. I will take a look at this to see if I can replicate
  8. This is a known issue at present unfortunately. We will have a solution to this ready for some point tomorrow. In the meantime, if you wish to get past that point and complete the upgrade, you can use this line in your constants.php file \define( 'UPGRADE_MD5_CHECK', FALSE );
  9. It sounds like you may have switched to https for your content? If so, please ensure you change the software also, using the instructions here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/configuration-options/using-ssl-https-r273/
  10. This is actually a known issue. The solution is as posted above until we can get a fix out tomorrow.
  11. ^ this is indeed the solution to your problem at present. We are aware of this and will be resolved at some point tomorrow.
  12. Glad to see you found the issue to the initial issue. We will take a look at your other topic shortly
  13. How long ago were you converted there? I ask as if this is a conversion issue, generally you would need to reconvert that data as the issue is in what you converted
  14. If you still have that message, then your site is still running through cloudflare unfortunately. In the first instance, please disable al 3rd party applications and plugins, then try again where you are seeing the errors
  15. There is no facility for replying to a different address than that which is came in on at the present time, unfortunately.
  16. I just need you to check on your end to see if the issue is still present. If it isnt we would need to look further into this for you. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  17. Are these identifiable in nature? If so, we can get a ticket created for you so we can take a look through that way. Have you done a conversion to our software at some point?
  18. If you take a look at the developer guide here. This shows you how you would use the endpoints, and should get you on your way there https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/rest-api
  19. No problem. Please let us know as soon as this is complete if you still have the same problem. We can then escalate if needed
  20. Sorry to hear you are disappointed about the direct email. To explain, support hasnt changed. We are simply doing it in a different location. We still have access to your details, we can get to a private ticket if needed etc. So nothing really changes in terms of the support you get there. With the issue in question, firstly I would advise on checking the requirement checker, to make sure after switching you have all the elements needed on your PHP installation. I would however suspect this is the case, as you managed to upgrade. So the next (very) likely cause is that you have a 3rd party item which is not compatible with PHP 8. Please disable all 3rd party applications and then check again. You can do this by running recovery mode, as seen in the guide here
  21. This has actually been flagged for a developer, as you can no longer get to the login screen
  22. Before I look further, could you confirm that wasnt the initial rebuild, and was an attept after the initial rebuild?
  23. Please could you let us know which subscription this is for? Also please confirm you have disabled all 3rd party items and tested this without
  24. Are you referring to forcing a user to take out a subscription when they register? Its not clear what you mean here
  25. In the first instance, please rebuild the search index from system>settings>search using the button provided in the top right. Once this is done, please let us know if you see the same problem
