  1. Glad to hear you have what you need 🙂
  2. Im not sure why you would be looking at code at all there. You should be able to visually see on larger topics when items are lazy loading. Do you have an example?
  3. 3rd party developers would be able to add payment methods of course. If its something you urgently need, it may be worth looking at having custom work done for yourself
  4. Also check you dont have a php.ini file somewhere which is overriding whatever you have set in the main ini file
  5. You would need to ask the author of the application for this functionality of course
  6. Indeed, for others asking, it is the kitchen sink application
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. We support card payments, but do not support direct debit at the present time. Please feel free to post up within our suggestions area if you wish to see something like this appear in the future
  9. Their payment would indeed fail if the payment method is no longer present. It would still generate invoices and inform the user they need to pay.
  10. You can set up departments which are only accessible to certain members of staff. There isnt howveer a way to set for only some members per department. Departments can only really be set up for certain products
  11. If the notification returns once you have dismissed it, then those functions are able to be run. You would need to contact your hosting company to resolve this issue
  12. Excellent. Glad to hear your issue has been resolved
  13. You can indeed disable all plugins. Please see recovery mode in the following guide on this
  14. As mentioned in the pm to you there, please disable mod_security and test this again
  15. That looks to be a guest block. If so, please open the block manager using the tab on the left and you will see an edit button for the guest block
  16. In the first instance, please check your server error log. You may also find logs in uploads/logs , which may indicate what the issue is
  17. Please could you clarify which area you are seeing this in? There isnt a restriction for number of items on the general uploader
  18. You would need to contact your mail provider to see why your email is not working. The issue there is with the mail provider rather than the invision platform unfortunately. I suspect it may be that php mail is not enabled.
  19. as mentioned, its your hosting items that you need to check more than anything else
  20. Thank you for that information 🙂
  21. You mention trying to rebuild images. Please could you clarify where?
  22. It actually looks like this is a ckeditor bug unfortunately. We're aware of the issue and its being discussed.
  23. What browser and OS are you using there?
  24. There is also soft deleting which would prevent that scenario
  25. Its very likely its hitting some sort of limit on the server there. I would advise on checking your server error logs in the first instance.
