  1. There wouldn't really be any way to do this at present unfortunately. Please feel free to post up within the feedback area if you wish to see something like this added to a future release of the product.

So to be clear, there is no super admin type role? The admins all have the same permissions?

Not quite. Admin can have different permissions, but there is no "super admin". You can have all permissions or some permissions, but there can be multiple admin with all permission. There isnt a single admin that has more than all the others unless you specifically have set it that way.

As a cloud customer, if you want us to confirm your position we can certainly do that. Submit a ticket to us with the name of your account and the other admins account, and we can certainly ensure you are better informed of what you need to do

Anywhere I can read about this? I cant see anything. I wonder if the option to add timed subscriptions that all expire on the same date will be an option?

We run a sponsorship scheme for our local football team, and regardless of when someone joins, the sponsorship end date is the same date each year (eg. May 31st each year). We want to sell subscriptions to the scheme over the space of a few weeks but want all subscriptions to have the same renewal date. Possible in V5?

There isnt this planned at present. I would advise posting this in our feedback forum if you wish to see something like this in the future

  4. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

  5. You still appear to have many issues on there you need to ensure you address before we begin looking at this to ensure these are not the issue. You need to at the very least ensure everything is up to date (apps and plugins for example), address the issues with files that are edited showing in the support area of your admin CP, along with also the database items.
