Given that, how does changing the price on a subscription in the admin of the cloud Invision affect current subscribers?

If you change a price, when you save it will ask you if you want to amend it for people who are already subscribed

Also, what if I want to run a free or reduced price first month trial on a subscription where I already have clients signed up on it? I.e. if I lower the first month price on an existing subscription, what happens to current clients? And what happens if I then get rid of the free/reduced price first month?

Same as above. However in this case, as they will not be on their first month, nothing really changes for them

  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

There is no plan to add more items to this, no. Its basic login via oauth

  3. As mentioned in the description, it allows them to choose what happens in 'account settings'. However if you have set it not to show in account settings, there is no way for them to set this. The only other option is for it to do nothing. If you want it to always sync, you should be setting it to always update local database, but as mentioned you cannot do this at present because of other settings.

In terms of synchronising other items, there is no option to add things in. For that you would required a custom solution.

  4. It would be more helpful to know exactly what it is you have done and what is happening, in order for us to be able to assist you. It may simply be you are going about things the wrong way here.

For example, have you change an oauth key for something? Trying to set up a new one? Removed and readded something? What exactly is happening when the user attempts to log in?

  5. You cannot search by secondary group. Only by primary group. The setting you are looking at there isnt to allow you to search for secondary groups. That setting, if switched off, will stop it appearing in the list at all. So its as if the group itself doesnt exist.

For example, you may have a group called "Add section1" which you use to add some permissions somewhere. You add that as a secondary group to people you want to add that permission to. However you would never want that to appear on the front end anywhere, as its not really for 'visual' use.
