  1. Upgrading to the latest release would always be the first thing to do
  2. Before I look further at this, could I ask if there is a reason you dont have the rewrite URLs in place?
  3. All of them should be populated please. Your FTP details are currently incorrect
  4. The first thing I would say there is that you are not on the latest release of the software. You need to update your site to the latest release and test again in the first instance
  5. Thank you for reporting. I have reported this internally
  6. There isnt really a mobile and desktop theme anymore. Its the same theme which is responsive.
  7. If you can update your access details, we can take a closer look if needed once you have done that
  8. Disabling plugins cannot cause a DDos on your server. You would need to contact your hosting company to see where this is coming from
  9. Please upgrade your site to the latest release first of all, as you seem to be a little behind on releases
  10. I have just created a ticket for you on this so we can take a closer look at it for you
  11. Thank you for reporting. I have reported this as a bug to be resolved in an upcoming release
  12. Have you now resolved this, or have you done the upgrade? If not, we can take a look to see whats happening there
  13. That is expected on some URLs, and isnt something you should worry about. What is happening is its blocking items which should not actually be crawled, to ensure the important stuff on your site is
  14. The FTP details appear to be incorrect. Please could you check those?
  15. I see you are now showing as client, but not seeing any response on your ticket there. Have you now resolved this?
  16. Please bear in mind while posting, that not everyone will have the ability you have yourself, and may actually not be self hosted either. In the case of this one, you are actually incorrect. Webserver logging will not give you 'only' the guests. It will give you everyone.
  17. Sorry for the delay there. As with your other topic, this needed to be reviewed somewhat by a developer. In the case of this one however, I have logged it as a bug in any case. Thank you for reporting, and this will be reviewed for a later release.
  18. This has been flagged for our developers to take a look at, so may take a little longer than a standard support question. Please bear with us
  19. If you can update your access details on file, and then put the issue admin name in the notes, that would do the trick. You can do this from your client area, by selecting your license and selecting to review/update details
  20. This was an issue with Redis in this case. Please disable this if you have it running, and see if that resolves your issue
  21. There is no way to do this with the built in functions of the platform, but indeed as mentioned above, there may well be 3rd party items you can use to achieve this
  22. If you could update your access details on file, and indeed send me details of items on your site I can look at.
  23. I have flagged this for our developers to take a look at, but I believe 2 factor authentication isnt something that would be used on rest authorisation
  24. I mentioned you need to contact your email host if you are not receiving them to check what is blocking, as they are being sent out. You said in response to this that they were fixed, so Im a little confused. I have responded to it again just in case
