Ok.. this is crazy. ELASTIC SEARCH brings in the oldest 10K records... NOT the newest 10K records. Anybody care to explain why it's programmed like that? Basically after 10,000 status posts it STOPS working. That makes no sense. I wouldn't mind a rolling 10K .. just lose the old stuff. I assume there is a good reason for this that I don't understand? -

I have a feeling it's because I reached the 10,000 search result limit I had elastic search set to. The problem is once the limit is REACHED it should return the newest 10K results not the OLDEST 10K results. We will see if this is the issue before I get up in arms over this. I updated it to 11,001 and now it's rebuilding

Members can still make status updates but they stopped updating in the status stream. The last update the steam picks up was 8 hours ago Any idea what might cause this and how to fix? Thank you 🙂

I really like Maxmind but the support out of the IPS box seems to be only for legacy maxmind minfraud API Maxmind just asked me if I would be upgrading to the non legacy version of Maxmind. Does anyone know if the new version of IPS supports the upgraded Maxmind API? Thank you in advance.

Would love for this to also block from using commerce for existing registrants. For example block anyone from a specific country from checking out and making a purchase.

I tried.. unfortunately they say they won't help unless I have the newest version of IPS. Which I cannot do.

Promotion of my posts to Twitter suddenly started failing. So I removed my settings to try and link my Twitter account again but clicking “link your user account” leads to an error that says expected key not present. Can anyone help?

Hi We use Nexus_Purchases table to report HOW MANY TIMES a file has sold One of our content creators noticed that a sales count went from 45 times being sold to 44 times being sold and wanted an explanation. I have determined that a member had their account deleted which also removed a row from Nexus_Purchases table. Is this really necessary? Wouldn't we want to keep track of that in order to report our financial history correctly? Thank you in advance.

If I put 1 in the permissions settings for the group it sticks. But if I put "0" and save, it defaults back to unlimited. How can I make a group with no posting rights? EDIT: Nevermind, I get it. I need to use the forum permissions for the group.

I had a downloads cart developed for my site. One of the issues that I have ran into is something I didn't think about before hand. If many items are in a cart and purchased at the same time, then the customer wants a refund on just 1 of the items in the cart things become tricky. The refund feature will refund the entire purchase and not just the single item.

But couldn't the live stream happen through youtube and the chat while embedded in IPS? Like the chat could go along with the live stream
