You're on Cloud - there is no quick fix option (if you were self-hosted, it's a copy/paste of 2 files)

The likely reason is that the ckeditor theme contained in the theme is missing the updated icons.png/icons_hidpi.png files, as those were updated with the addition of the lightning bolt when 4.6.7 was released.
