Hello! Does this issue persists even when using the default IPS template?
  2. IPS disabled access to core theme CSS resources. I've made note about how it's a big inconvenience when trying to revert changes to core CSS files after upgrading, as even if these core files you aren't supposed to modify have been modified in a previous release, there's no longer an easy way to access these files in order to revert the modifications to it in order to be compliant outside of development mode. There is a trick to get around this that I can find for you when I'm back at my desktop.

Not at the moment, but it's a feature I can look into implementing in the next major update!
  4. Please make sure your file permissions for all your IPS files are set up correctly too. However, if you are running the latest version of IPS, then PHP 7 is indeed not supported anymore. As for suggestions, we unfortunately can't provide you with hosting suggestions outside of CiC here.
  5. I look forward to seeing what updates you have to the reporting system. Making moderation easier is always a good thing for larger communities. The gallery updates also seem very nice for the most part, though the navigation having a limited number of images it can display (or seeming to not display at all in the case of categories/non-albums with lots of images) is something I hope can be improved on.
  6. Your forums SSL security certificate just expired. You'll need to contact your hosting provider to have this renewed/replaced with an active certificate.
  7. When you log into your AdminCP, underneath the System tab you should see an option that says Get Support near the very bottom. Click on this and look for the System Log button, Click on this and see if there are any recent errors relating to tasks being ran, and if so, post the traceback of the details of the latest error here.

No problem, just let me know if you run into any other issues!

Have you set up any tags in the Customization page of the Radical Tags application yet? You'll need to add some there, and then you can define which prefixes can be used in a specific forum if you need to.
  10. If you're still getting the same error as before, have you checked and verified your MySQL credentials are working on your new server as Marc mentioned?
  11. Are you able to access the AdminCP at all, and if you can, can you go to the Support section and see if there are any issues reported?
  12. Re-uploading the core files will only prompt you to update the applications you haven't already updated (in this case commerce) It won't have any impact on the forums application, which has already been updated. You could download the entire suite from the ACP and then upload upload the commerce/nexus application in the applications folder of that download, but I might suggest doing a full upload anyways just to make sure everything did get uploaded correctly when you did the initial upgrade. IPS shouldn't let you upgrade if any of the files for a specific application weren't uploaded properly (so this means the forums, core software and other applications you updated should be fine), but it can't hurt to be extra sure.
  13. Is this on CiC or self-hosted? If you're self-hosted, the easiest thing may be to just download the latest release of IPS from your client area and upload everything again manually, then run the upgrade routines from the nexus/commerce module in your AdminCP.
  14. It depends. You ideally don't want it so small you end up having to make a crazy number of requests for larger uploads. For a 1GB file, you'd need to make 100 requests to finish uploading a file, which is a decent bit, but as this isn't sustained traffic it's not the worst thing. People with faster connections may hit you with a large spike of requests when uploading larger files, as a gig line can push 10MB of data in no time at all, so just need to make sure you can handle that if you want to keep it at a lower value. You could increase it a bit if you wanted to reduce that overhead a bit, as 10MB is pretty low. But unless you're noticing performance issues, particularly when uploading files, it's probably not a big concern.
  15. Are they using a custom theme on your website? Are you able to reproduce their issues at all? It's hard to diagnose without more information, or the ability to replicate the issues yourself. Can you try logging in to an account using the same theme and member group as this user and see if you can reproduce the errors?
  16. Looks like this application may have some PHP compatability issues which are preventing your tasks from running properly, Try disabling it and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then you'll need to contact the author of this application and let them know of the errors.

Happy to hear it! If you run into any other issues just let me know.
  18. When you hit "Revert", don't hit save again. Reverting automatically saves it in its default state, hitting save again after that marks it as modified even when the contents are identical.

Can you make sure you have these settings enabled under the Configuration option in the Radical Tags tab? If they are already both enabled, can you check and see if the issue persists when you switch to the default/stock IPS theme?
  20. Does this happen on all pages, or is it specific pages that trigger the error? Can you check and see if you have any WAF rules set up that may be triggering the error? https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/cloudfront-error-request-blocked/
  21. Which file is it reporting as being modified, and can you check under the Applications tab to make sure your version of IPS is up-to-date?
  22. In your AdminCP, under the System tab in the menu (the tab with the Cog icon that is active by default when logging in), click on Get Support, and then scroll down until you see an option to clear the system cache,
  23. Are you using CloudFlare or any other type of CDN that might be misconfigured to cache page outputs for logged in users?
  24. What kind of changes? Is it theme/CSS changes, or changes to the template files, or something else?
  25. Send me a message here if you'd like and I'll see what I can do to help. I can't make any promises but I can try and help you restore your forum to a point you can get it upgraded.
