Hello there, My community works fine but at random times, probably every 10 to 20 minutes, I get the following errors: [[Template core/front/global/footer is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] And I end up locked out because I can't even access the admin area... It goes back to normal after 5mins, but I wonder what can be causing it? Caching is disabled. (not only "footer template" fails... Suddenly all templates seem to fail)

I disabled mod_security following this guide https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:config:waf:disable-waf-in-htaccess and it worked just fine. But I wonder: why is Litespeed not recommended? What's the recommended webserver? nginx or apache?

Hello there, I'm trying to edit some custom CSS, but I get this error: I wonder what folder(s) should I modify its chmod to 777 in order to fix this? I already chmoded uploads but it didn't work. I'm using Jelastic with Litespeed as webserver.

I don't understand how to renew. I'm trying to upgrade for v4.6, but in the marketplace it says "expired" and there's no button to renew. edit: nevermind, I just realized that I don't have the "client" status. It must be that.

I've always wondered, as I never had template modifications before, but now I do: what happens to my child theme template files if I upgrade to the latest version? Are the templates override? (it's a child theme under the default IPB theme)

The exporting behavior is quite strange. If I filter a single form and export the records in display the app will generate a file with all the columns of every single form ever created. Therefore, the output is quite unreadable once you have dozens of forms (like me), with hundreds of empty columns. I wonder if for a next release you could limit the amount of exported columns to only those of the filtered form? Kind regards.

Okay, that makes sense. My main goal is products on multiple categories. The current structure is a bit rigid for what I intended.

@Michael.J there's another issue that I wonder if you can reproduce as well: Copied forms (with copied fields) won't register any new data. Forms and Fields have to be new. (Also, I don't think it's a bug, but a good feature would be that copying Forms should also copy its fields 😅 )

I'm not sure if it's a bug or a feature but toggle fields won't work properly if the hidden field is mandatory. I just had a text field controlled by a radio toggle, and you can't submit the form if the hidden field isn't filled, which I don't think is supposed to work like that. Any advise?

Thank you @opentype I thought about the widget, but I need the Filtering options that the stream offers and the widget doesn't. Unfortunately many people would access the community by typing the URL directly. So I'd like to ensure that everyone is properly redirected to this stream page (that I also customized a bit through the stream wrapper template) I was testing this .htaccess approach, but it doesn't seem to be working I'm not sure why 🤔 RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/folder/?$ RewriteRule (.*) /folder/discover/8 [R=301,L] (my community is in a folder, not in the root) edit: I had a conflict with another htaccess line of code (since it's in a sub-folder) which prevented the code above to function... So it works as expected thankfully. Thank you @opentype again for your help!

@Paul E. thank you! it works. I apologize, I wouldn't have thought that inGroup was different than member_group_id but I should've tested first. There's also another comment that specifies that it checks for secondary groups too.
