Can i add the note for someone else and once done mark as done?
-
Hello, I added on our site and I don't get the lights in default theme. Anything wrong, i am doing?
-
Similar boat - some members don't want to receive any notification and site keeps sending them daily digest and such. It would be nice to have one option i.e. for member A disable all email notifications. Problem solved.

I think you should make it clear when mentioning - that tags/prefixes can be imported from previous application i.e. XYZ wouldn't work, 100% I believe it should be part of core function so other folks who import doesn't face same issue. Charging 60$ over 40$ application so it will be easily editable within your application is just overpriced. If its available as well, I am 100% sure those who convert would be happy as well so it's not something, I am asking for something special. Just small enhancement to help all your customers and make their experience better with addon. Sorry, not tag - prefixes as same issue. Consider simple example: 1. I created a prefix with spelling mistake. I need to fix it or change it. But now i need to delete the whole configuration and re-add and reconfigure it again. Sorry doesn't make any sense to me. 2. Same goes for existing prefix. I need to rename it to make something better - why not make it editable so that site gets updated with correct one? Prefix/tag is stored somewhere in DB i am guessing and would be easier to update. Also, is their anyway, I can add prefixes to forum category? I.e. topic 1 to 50 in category X. Can i add prefixes to all the topics? Thank you.
-
I have like 50 prefixes. So do you mean delete them manually and I wouldn't loose them at forum level and i just add it back in Radical tags? Any query i can run to convert them in all one shot? So once created - can't be edited? I don't get why?
-
@Makoto - Any update to my questions? Thank you
-
How can i move sub categories to top level in menu? Ex: I would like to move Leaderboard to another top level. How to?
-
@Michael.J - Awaiting for more payment options i.e. Stripe and others with subscription option. Awaiting since last 1-2 years 😞 Can you please add those at your earliest convenience?
-
Yes. I have custom applications and plugins. I had even tried disabling plugin and applications and it didn't help. So I thought they are not causing the issue, I could be wrong. I am using amazon ses. 4$/month - much better then maintaining my postfix. In majority topics - we have like 5 followers or some just none. In those topics also, it takes time. Nothing special, just MySQL stock set up. Anything special should I try? Back in the days, you had suggested to use combo of memory + MyISAM tables and now most of them are converted to InnoDB now. Anything, I should use? Thanks.

See https://dev.mysql.com/doc/internals/en/join-buffer-size.html (specially the conclusions at the bottom of the page). Increase table_open_cache gradually to avoid file descriptor limits Read this before increasing table_open_cache over 64: https://bit.ly/2Fulv7r Read this before increasing for MariaDB https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/optimizing-table_open_cache/ This is MyISAM only table_cache scalability problem, InnoDB not affected. See more details here: https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=49177 This bug already fixed in MySQL 5.7.9 and newer MySQL versions. Beware that open_files_limit (5000) variable should be greater than table_open_cache (2445) Variables to adjust: query_cache_size (=0) query_cache_type (=0) query_cache_limit (> 2M, or use smaller result sets) join_buffer_size (> 4.0M, or always use indexes with JOINs) table_open_cache (> 2445)

Thank you bud for quick fix!

Thanks. I send you PM. Can you fix on my site or send me fix if possible? Thank you!

When I try to open the PM - i get that error. When you mention content, what do you mean? Like error or something?
-
@Adriano Faria Getting error - [[Template core/front/messaging/conversation is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

I am not selecting one and I do have 1 department from commerce.
-
Yes, I have commerce installed. I run the query and I still get same error when I try to save the contact us dept.

Also when I migrated, I am seeing all prefixes goes to advanced option: Can we have basic configuration option available?
-
-
@Paul E. - Thanks for suggestion but don't need 2 addons doing something similar. Plus, I have seen Makoto work since years. So I am going to stick with him.
-
@Makoto - Possible to add option so that if IP is proxy it blocks user or registering the user?

Troubleshoot HIGH mysql load? PLEASE HELP
AlexJ replied to SJ77's topic in Classic self-hosted technical help
Sometimes DDoS can do that. Just make sure you are not getting random DDoS. Check connection usage. -
@Daniel F Can you please help with above request? Thank you.
