Intentional at this point unfortunately. I did look at this in a recent bug fixing update but the solution is a bit more complex and has been flagged for a future feature update.

I have noticed that invoices are being created when a user clicks on the checkout page, even if they do not complete the transaction. Is there anyway to stop an invoice being created unless they actually make a payment and complete the transaction?

i just figured people would realize that is for the hovercard settings ? but i can change the lang string.
yeah in the acp->community->keywords settings, there is an option for default width, if you don't set the custom width for a kw, it will use this one.

I wasn't able to reproduce this one either 4.3.3 or 4.3.4, so i'm not sure what the issue was. if you could check your system logs in the ACP under support, they might contain the error message, if so feel free to PM the error message (since it will more than likely contain sensitive info, like paths).
the ones with the hovercard get a css class applied to them called "keyword" and the url types get a class of "keywordUrl", so you should be able to target those two specifically and achieve the desired results. other wise they will just look like normal links ? 
 
it was working when i went there saturday...i'll check it again. at this point i'm thinking maybe its something on your site that is causing this, as i didn't see any errors in the console that were related to babble, and the modal popup you have, kept redirecting me to a different part of the site, but i'll check it again later tonight to see if there is anything actually wrong with the service or babble.

+++1 for this great idea of having different sliders on different apps/pages (having the option for a different slider on a per-page basis would be totally cool granularity ).
I'd also add that it would be great to be able to configure, on a per-slider basis, whether or not members could toggle on/off.  Once people have registered I might want them to be able to turn off my splash page advertised-services slider, but maybe I want everyone to see a different slider for as long as I want to broadcast it.
Ok, I guess this answers one of my questions: it can't be set splash-page only.  But as long as my members can get rid of it if they want after they register, that's still a good idea!  Does the toggle state persist with the member's last choice, e.g. if they log in the following day will it still be toggled as they previously set it?

Thats not possible even if i wanted to do it, its not like pages app when i can target page id's 
i could target the index of downloads or the categories thats all, but 200,000 pages of each of the files? ? this is a big ass slider best suitable for homepages and landing pages ? 
 
Basically, This app can be excluded from any applications you have installed, for example excluding it from showing on downloads application entirely OR adding sliders to show on downloads app but NOT on index only or categories ?

why would you uninstall the app to upgrade? This is not how the upgrade works
You simply use the "Upload a new version"

this upgrades your app to latest version without deleting anything 

I'd love to see independant sliders on classifieds, iAwards, raffles and members shop.

Of course its possible and i actually like the idea for having different sliders appearing on different places  
I will try to implement that on next version for IPS applications ONLY
but if you have request for 3rd party apps in marketplace then please let me know 

That's sad. This is a really great app but unfortunately I can't use it like that.

This is the default behavior of IPB4 itself. I looked into this before and at the time there wasn't really an effective solution around it on my end.
Not if you require the extensive database support that the Pages app offers. If it helps I could setup a demo board so you can see if you can reproduce the form you want?

A few other areas where there needs to be some customisation (either for my particular case or added to the theme):
All of these are the menus for submitting images to a Gallery album.  First, the Album Features:

This view actually applies to the Ownership and Privacy options as well.  Ditto for when you upload a series of images and click the Set copyright on all or the other buttons:

Hopefully there is one set of CSS that will allow all these to be changed?

Also wondering why there isn't an ability to make radio buttons REQUIRED?  Ideally, I want a single radio button for accepting site terms of service, which is required to click in order to move forward (not a YES/NO pair).  But there's no way to make it required.

I will add color settings for side menus in future updates and separate it from ipsMenu color set
