1. Let me explain this to you how this works. I can reuse any language on my templates and this won't bring any problem to the translations. What I can't do is have on my lang.php the same lang_key from other app. This is what causes the translating issue and this doesn't happen on this app. I only has note_by. If you are unsure or wants to make sure, request support to IPS.
Ah, I see what you mean. The lang is hardcoded. The right is by, not By; that's why it isn't translateable. I thought you were saying it was duplicated. Change it to by (lowercase) and you're done. I'll fix it in new version.

Funny because it worked on my test. Anyway, let's delete the duplicated phrases. Run this query on your PHPMyAdmin or SQL Toolbox:
SELECT * FROM core_sys_lang_words WHERE word_key = 'membersAway_days_desc' It will appear twice, if you have 2 languages. As it is duplicated, will appear 4 times. Take note of the word_id in results. Then delete it.
delete FROM core_sys_lang_words WHERE word_id IN( XXXX, YYYY ) Add the prefix to your table, in case you use one.

You are of course, correct.  If I use it for the second site, I will buy it again.

It was requested during the 4.0.0 preview/Beta. They said it would come back, someday. 4.2 who knows.

I love this application and after initial problems (caused by my editing of the post container) it is working well.
However, the Latest Notes Block on the index page only appears sometimes - most of the time it is not present. Adriano has been helpful in looking at the issue for me, but as he can't replicate it, and the code works, he is unable to offer a solution (I'm grateful for the time he has taken!)
The other members of my site who have access to notes are having the same problem - a block that only appears sometimes.
Has anyone else had this issue?

About This File
This application will allow your community to use an invitation system for new registrations. You can make it mandatory (or not, depending on your configuration). In this case, an invitantion code will be required in order to register a new account in your community.
Public side features:
Users can send invitation in 2 places: + Create menu and Invitations on Account Settings. New icon on board top (beside Notifications and Messenger) to display the converted invitees and how many invites the user has. This icon also shows the remaining invitations for the member (just like how many users are online on Chat). 2 widgets: Top Inviters (per week, month, year and general) and Latest Converted Invitees, which are invitations converted to membership. Shows "Invited by" on user profile and on profile card (hover on user link). Settings:

What he said, the plugin works by updating the last post value for the topic and thus bumping it up in forum view. It also of course marks it as unread for anyone else, that's because the last post time value after a "bump" is greater than the users last read stored time value.

If it is like on IP.Board 3, it will update the last post date, thus it will appear first on forum view.
