  1. I find people are creatures of habit and like things the way they had them, but that could work too. As a visual person, I really liked the old calendar that we had. It's a lot easier to see today's date highlighted or bolder and then a few days over I see a friends birthday listed. That's easier on me than a list.
  2. That might work. Are you interested in creating that? You might be able to put that on Market Place since technically, you are not restoring useful features that have been removed.
  3. With the removal of the calendar, we lost birthdays. I'd like to request a page similar to what we had before where I could see all birthdays in a calendar format. Ideally by day, week, months, and year.
  4. Ugh, sorry, I see I had it set to 1. I changed it to 999 and now a lot (site has over 10k members) showed up. For a future update, could the widget have a scrollbar? Thank you
  5. If you use the widget in the sidebar, and there are 18 birthdays on a particular day (as an example), how many will display? Any updates on a birthday page? I'm very disappointed in IPS in removing the calendar feature. It was one of the items that set them apart from Xenforo, and losing the ability to see birthdays is a huge setback for engagement. I'm sure some big corporate sponsor wanted it removed, and it will now be labeled as something most of us asked for.
  6. Thanks I've been charging each advertiser something different, based on when they started advertising. Can I create different ads, put an advertiser into them, then close that option to other customers?
  7. Hmm, not ideal. Can I have custom ad placement? Currently I place the ad in the top right Advertisement block. https://www.pathlabtalk.com/forum/ If I sell that ad to several different customers, does the ad rotate equally among them? Thanks
  8. Hi, I have a custom ColdFusion script I am using to sell advertising on my site. I've been using it for many years, but it's getting harder to maintain. I'd like to sell advertising on my site using built in tools. Can I set up an ad that users can purchase where they upload any number of images, and they display randomly from that advertiser? For instance, they upload 5 images and each time that vendors ad displays, it is a different image / link? This is part of how mine is built now and they are only charged once, I don't want them to have to upload 5 images into 5 different ad placements and get billed for all of them. Is there somewhere to go to learn more about how this works? Thank you
  9. @Adriano Faria, can you take a look at my custom script for this? I sent you a few PM. Thanks
  10. If this were true, that would be great!

My sites loves both of these apps, thanks for keeping them going!
  12. Yeah, we had fun with this, too bad it's been abandoned.
  13. I use one of his that has dark and light, and members light the ability to easily switch, illuminate.
  14. For others who may not be aware, I recommend themes my @Ehren. https://www.ipsfocus.com/themes/
  15. Thanks, I downgraded the reported site above. There other two are not displaying errors on the front page, but the errors are in the database. I cannot downgrade one as there are other tools that require 8 on the server.
  16. Ugh, thanks. I hope this is fixed soon as I am on the current release, so I cannot go backwards, and my support runs out in a few days. I thought 4.7.1 required 8? I suspect I am wrong. If I leave it at 8, is it going to cause any issues other than loading up the error log? Thanks
  17. I upgraded to the current version, including the patch yesterday. Now I see this error most times when I load the front page. Is there a way to see what app is causing it? I know I could turn them all off then turn them on one at a time, but the error doesn't display all the time. 18. As requested, I upgraded to the latest version in the morning yesterday, including the patch. This particular feed did not iport, but others did.
  19. OK, holding off for a bit. I updated another small site and am having theme issues (likely user (me) error) and am waiting on the theme author. They are super responsive and I whould be able to updae this site soon.
  20. So, it's a valid feed but not importing? Any thoughts on why?
  21. It seems like you may have looked at my other feeds, you can see I have a bunch. I assumed this was just another feed, but it does not create a post. If the feed itself is not a valid feed, hard to beleive ass it's from the History Channel, I can find another one with similar content. I was just curious if there was a reason why a feed would not work.
  22. Sorry, I can't edit the topic any longer, it's for Square Wheels Cycling
  23. I have several RSS feeds that import daily, they all seem to be working fine. I added a new one, this one is not importing. https://www.history.com/.rss/full/this-day-in-history Ang thoughts on how I might have set this one up incorrectly? Thanks
