Was this a clean installation or an upgrade from v4?

I believe that this does not resolve my problem, because I reinstall full IC5 and this appear on the page.

Daniel F Posted November 21 Posted November 21 Have you deleted any categories? If yes, how exactly? Something went wrong and the category wasn't set to NULL while the deletion.

After the installation was complete I took the backup data from the first installation, since the data is my game guides. So I sent this data to the table and then this error appeared. Since then it has never gone away!

Anyway, you'll need to update the blog_entries database table and update the entry_category_id value for all entries with a not existing category. Marco Junior and sobrenome 1 1
Day_ Posted November 22 Posted November 22 Stupid question maybe you the advice of not upgrading a production site to a beta, just curious though, is there any thoughts of upgrading this forum here to the 5 beta, or not until it’s ready for public release?

We certainly will do that at some point. Actually we do tend to do our site before the public release. Not quite yet though 🙂 sobrenome and Day_ 1 1
kmk Posted November 22 Posted November 22 Hi @Marc, just want to know if the public release will means we (self host) can upgrade to v5 automatically like currently we upgrade v4 versions?

Yes, lots of thoughts. We want to do it but there's a few things to consider such as our entire website is Pages and there will need to be minor CSS tweaks. We also link up with the client area (which will be on v4 for a while) along with a bucket of customisations for various things. It's on our list but not as simple as just running the upgrader. I can almost smell the fresh leather seats! Upgraded to Beta 5... Fun fact: the new car smell is not the leather but actually chemicals you smell. sobrenome 1
Gary Posted November 22 Posted November 22 I’ve worked in dealerships for a number of years, haha. Leather does have a scent, but if you want to be particular, I said you could “almost smell the fresh leather seats”. 😉 sobrenome 1

Is it relating to this bug report? I ask as it wont have been logged yet, due to awaiting info from yourself
mountaininteractive Posted November 26 Posted November 26 ooh I see sorry, I didn't see that reply. Authy was having a stroke but I didn't get an error code. However with google authenticator I was getting a massive error code.
Marc Posted November 26 Posted November 26 Please add the error you are getting to that bug report, and we can then take a look
