    Problema has been fixed !
    SOLUTION:
    How to fix duplicated logs issue similar error posted on this "POST"
    Go to your data manager: phpmyadmin access your community database and execute the TRUNCATE function: in the "core_log" table
    Remember that this problem in question was solved in this way, if you do not have experience with databases and similar, do not perform this action, if you are executing it remember to always leave the foreign key verification selected to avoid problems in your table.



    If your issue is not resolved, please contact IPS support.
    I strongly recommend that you perform backups before performing any action involving your community data.

    Solved:
    My problem is memory limit.
    I set up memory limit to 256 and the problem is solved !
