Invision Community 5: A video walkthrough creating a custom theme and homepage By Matt Thursday at 04:02 PM
MorganJ Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Hello, New here, I am currently on a trial account. When I try to view what the forum looks like, it tells me that I have been banned. I can access my dashboard and the system in the background but not view it. Also, is there any other way to contact support than here? Sales support emails do not respond ... Thanks,
Marc Posted March 7 Posted March 7 The issue with your emails there, is that you appear to be emailing support, so they will automatically be rejected without a valid license. You would post here as you just have for support 🙂 In terms of the issue you are having, please PM me both your IP and the displayname on your trial site, and I can get that looked at for you no problem
Marc Posted March 8 Posted March 8 It seems you blocked everyone there. The * is a wildcard character. So essentially an "Anything here". So for example, if you added 10.1.*.100 it would block 10.1.10.100, and 10.1.5446521551.100, but would not block 5.1.5.1. In your case, you added *, so said to block anything where the IP matches anything Tripp★ and DawPi 2
teraßyte Posted March 8 Posted March 8 @Marc Stridgen While it's not strictly a bug, I suggest making an internal bug report to add a check to disallow a global banned entry like that.

Joel R Posted March 8 Posted March 8 Has IPS ever considered ... Adding default widgets or alerts to their trial version for: - Where to go for help - How to buy - Getting started guides, etc. You have a consumer that is incredibly engaged at this point of the sales funnel. Lindy, Marc and Sonya* 3
