Posted February 19, 20232 yr Hello, I am getting spammed with invoices... Is their anyway to block this?
February 19, 20232 yr Community Expert Invoices are generated when a user adds something to their cart. There is no way to block these other than disallow guests from adding gift cards to their cart.

February 20, 20232 yr Community Expert You would need to block guests from purchasing entirely. That would be the only way really

I needed this for Downloads files a couple of years ago and didn’t find a straightforward way to do it. Edited February 20, 20232 yr by Adriano Faria
February 20, 20232 yr Community Expert Solution Payments>Settings>Checkout. You can set it so the account needed to be validated, therefore meaning there is no way to purchase without an account. Alternatively you can block access to the checkout module

Is their any way to allow only numbers in Amount field? This way, user doesn't get below error. Thanks

I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

Can't you just block Commerce -> Store for guests instead; sure they could technically create an invoice if they hit the right URL but I imagine it'd block 99%

Nexus -> Payments -> Settings -> Anti-Fraud Rules -> Create New -> Set Action To Take to refuse, on Customer tab -> Customer is in group Guests
