Is there a way to make staff application forms and support tickets for players to be able to fill out and have them appear in a select forum that my staff can go over and approve or deny and help with the ticket?

You could use the pages application to create simple forms which could then create topics.

Yeah I don’t need people to change rank when filling the form out I want staff to change rank if they get accepted in the team. But not sure how to do it in pages I’ll have to learn.

If you take a look at the following page, there are guides on pages on the left which will get you started on how to use the software. Go through the recipes guide, which shows how to make a recipe section. Once you have done that, you will have enough knowledge to build a basic application form system as you mention there.
