Can you temporarily try a different browser if you did not want to clear all the cache etc from your main/current one. 🙂 Custom theme ? Can you temporarily test it on the default one too if that's the case. I don't think its a theme issue though but the few seconds to rule this out is worthwhile to be sure. That looked like it was creating a support ticket, I just thought "Something isn't working correctly" was part the ticket form. Just tried it, didn't seem to fix anything.
