I made two new databases, both has the allow searching option to yes, permission set correctly, but the database name does not show up in the drop down. Meddysong Posted September 18, 2018 Share Posted September 18, 2018 The name of the database doesn't appear but the name you give to its records does. If you have a database called News and the individual records are called Articles, then the search dropdown will have Articles in it.
