There's a link in the create menu and you can also create them in your ModeratorCP If you don't see the link, please review your Moderator Permissions and make sure that you have permissions to manage announcements. Joel R Posted April 5, 2018 Share Posted April 5, 2018 Admin account must have moderator permissions in ACP to use Block Manager. Usually your main admin account will have this permission.
