@Morrigan @-RAW- any update? It's becoming imperative that we can start to manage awards being award automatically due to the rules app applying them one after another with iAwards integration.

Raw is working on it and the other bugs reported.

Excellent, do we have a timescale for a release?

We should have as soon as it's ready. I'm hoping before next week.

Hey Raw, could you into the ordering? when I reorder awards in acp they are not reordered on the front. They always order by latest award given.

@kRSB We are working on it. There is a conflict between setting admin sorting/filtering and the member sorting/filtering. We will have a fix as soon as we figure out the conflict.

I cannot manage awards (same error as others).

Also...where I can manually add award on people's profile? Where is a button to add an award?

@Iwo Kosmala Adding awards is in the "Create" menu or you can do it in the ACP.

Under "Manage Awarded" under the award itself (I think it's one of the places that is broken in the current version that we are fixing).

Any news on a fix, still unable to access the manage awards page within ACP and getting lots of errors in logs (same error repeated).

We can only see one award in the topic view instead of 9 we want to show.

Is this release for the public or for testers?

Edited as problem solved.

I have just bought this product and it would now seem based on what I am reading that I am unable to actually award a member of our community an award manually?

All my awards are manual, I don't use automated awards at all.

In addition to this why does it need a description and a reason when creating a new award?

An example from our site, description could be Photo of the Month, reason could be February 2016 comp.

Could you be so kind as to explain to me how I award an award then as I can not see any means to do so?

Thanks ^_^

Check your permissions, then +Create

It's via the +Create menu

Hi guys,

Thanks for the help....

I have set permissions so that administrators can award awards for each award we have set up but I must be either missing the obvious or blind because what is this +Create you refer to? Could you attach an image showing it please as I can't find it.

Thanks ^_^

Hi,

I was indeed blind ^_^

Thank you so much for your help!!!

This is something they are aware of and are working on a fix for.
