Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted April 3, 20159 yr Social media sites have drummed into me that such red bubbles mean, there are some I M P O R T A N T new messages or notifications I should quickly deal with, and when I do, the bubble goes away. But this chat bubble is there all the time. Even when there isn’t even someone in the chat, it seeks my attention with that “alarming” red color to scream at me “NO ONE IN THE CHAT ROOM” all the time. So, wouldn’t a less alarming color be more appropriate, @Rikki?

April 3, 20159 yr Chat (6) Ugh, no, please no I agree making it a grey bubble instead though, so it attracts less attention.

April 3, 20159 yr Correct, it's not showing now, if no one is in Chat. We listened. Thanks, @Mark H! That's been bugging me too, just didn't have time to make a thread.
