I changed my email address and now I'm in the visitors member group. Could someone on staff put me back where I belong? Thanks.
Did you validate your email change? please check your email, there should be a link you will need to validate it with.
Yes, I validated the email when it came through right after the change.
Did you also change your email in the Client Area? Your email address here must match an active client account.
In the client area is where I changed it. I didnt realize the accounts are separate.

That's the only place that I can change my email. If I attempt to change it in the community, it tells me to go to the client area to change it...
Please submit a ticket in customer service and we will have management look into this for you further.
