Thanks WelshLad either that or you can do it yourself go tolook and feel template tool down the page you'll find: rebuild master skin data, select rebuild html from under rebuild:, and notices system from under for application and then click rebuild once that is done click recache skin sets to recache your skin and it should work Link to comment

Would you please help... Other sliders are showing up (with some other creterias but not to the guest) Can someone give me an example of setting for a slider which is shown only to guest group.... Smokey-Rev Posted November 21, 2011 Share Posted November 21, 2011 Hey just bought this mod and it works fine on IP.Content for what i need done except for one thing, on the board index I want a undismissable notice to appear for guests. However, i set it so that it isn't dismissable and shown to guests but nothing seems to be appearing when i'm not logged in, its as if the notice system wasn't even installed. It won't show up, i chose the application "Forums" and Board Index, selected ALL skins and it won't show up, please help.... forum URL: http://www.revillution.com/forums/ also what is the 'width' for the notices system? It seems to be a formatting issue mostly with FireFox users. Chrome and IE seems to be fine. Thanks most likely you've picked two contradictory criteria like guest which have post count grater than zero which won't match. to make sure that this is not the case PM me your board ACP details and I'll have a look for you :) Link to comment

Problem I was selecting main group and secondery group... When disable the secondery group all notices start showin.... I AM LOVING IT... I'm thinking browser/useragent based notice for example to people running IE or FF. or maybe email address or join date. Just click on step four and then save. yes some kind of indicator , a Green tick would look best, but anything to say 'yup its live' will do. save and reload on each step would be even better :smile: , ie you edit notice and hit save and reload, thats a click quicker than current. a small improvement but a very useful one Link to comment
