Is this for real? Can we at least post our questions over here? I was seeking assistance with an IPB portal plugin, is that ticket worthy?

What's up with this Customers usergroup, and why aren't I a part of it?

Your email address here needs to match the email address used in the client area. If you have any trouble, submit a ticket and we'll sort your account for you :)

If you're a customer, just login to this board using the email address associated with your customer account and you should have access to the old IPSB forums.


Question?? What if the email address we used to join the "forums.invisionpower.com" forums, and the email we used over at IPS Beyond are different?? What do we do then??
