Solution Marc Posted April 30 Solution Share Posted April 30 Please ensure you are updated to the latest release, you are using default email templates, and that you have no 3rd party items enabled, then test this again. Is there a way I can replicate or received a "has posted a topic"? However I could not replicate the issue that one of our member sent ticket to us.
