I'm working on setting up our 2nd Community - I thought I had it figured out after the 1st but it apparently not.. I have the Categories Properly setup with the Discussions beneath them. Everything is available for both Public and Private / Admin view but the Forums are not displaying. I have no idea what the issue may be at this point... Any help here?

The welcome email we're receiving from new member signups has the logo image way too large (See attached screenshots) Where exactly in the admin portal do I go to adjust this? Also what is the proper dimensions I should have set on the logo for it to display properly in the emails..

I would like to setup our community to where when a new member visits it they need to fill out a quick intake form with questions such as are you an active member, what's the email address on your membership account, etc.. that our Admins will need to review and manually approve the persons access into the community (Based on the questions) Is this possible?

I would like to setup a nice Dashboard / Community Home Page (Similar to the attached image) that has News, Announcements, etc.. with one of the sections being for them to click into the Forum. Currently when you go to the Community it just goes straight to the forum. How do I setup the main dashboard / homepage to be similar to the below image

Hi guys, So the problem is that I can't update to the latest version as there are some errors in the database, self fix did not repair them. I tried to do it myself, but I don't have any programming background, and I installed the forum using youtube guide. I know how to enter PhP My Admin etc, but I don't know what to do once I'm there and instructions described in forum pop-up do not mean much to me. Would someone be able to guide me step by step to fix this? Thanks!

What is the recommended php version to use with the latest Invision Community (4.7.6)? Is it 8.0.x, 8.1.x or 8.2.x? Also, where can I find such information? I haven't found it in the help guides.

I can't login to AdminCP. I can login into the forum and also have access to Moderator CP. But clicking on AdminCP and entering my user/password I get the message that the site is not secure and resets the page to login again.

Hi - I'm not all that clued up on SEO unfortunately. The vast majority of my site will be held behind a subscription paywall. Is there a way to make it so that subscription only content can also be spidered/indexed by search engines? I'm guessing it's not possible but thought I'd ask. Thanks.

Hi, I've just set up a new test server last night and installed the latest self-hosted version of IPB. This morning I went to login to the AdminCP and it won't accept my user/password. I can login to the forum and can access ModeratorCP. I get the following error: Sorry, you do not have permission for that! 2S119/1 Something went wrong. Please try again. If anyone can offer any guidance it would be much appreciated. thanks Russ

I don't understand how my Max File Size is now around 200kb when it was around 2MB for months. I haven't changed the settings and no one else has access to those? Also I looked in my ACP but I cannot find where that setting is in order to change it back? Thanks.

I know there is not a preconfigured block for calendar, other than upcoming events and reviews, but is there a way to create a custom block that would display one specific calendar... Lets say I have a "Page Topic" and I create a calendar, club, gallery, forum, etc for that "Page Topic". I'd like the ability to include a block with a calendar for that topic, specifically like the full calendar view. Is that possible?

I want to use "Articles" along with its database to start a blog. I have disabled categories because I would rather not have articles stuck inside a single category. Instead I would rather have tags, just like in my forum, so that a single article can have multiple tags. Is there a way to do that? For example if this were a food blog, the article "Apple pie" would get the tags "Fruits, Apple, Tarts, Desserts" and one could click on any of those tags to access all the articles that have that same tag.

I am doing some housekeeping and removing some details from customers who purchased items several years ago, Is there an easy way to do this as I am manually having to go through customer records and delete the information. Also I note that although you delete the information the address is still shown under all recent account activity. I really do not need this information any longer and would like to know how to get rid of it, many thanks

I'm trying to display a block listing the Clubs which have been set up. As Administrator I can see the block fine. I've got a member group who I believe (as far as I can see) have all the correct permissions to see and use the Clubs functionality ... however, for them the block displaying the Clubs is absent where it should be present. I've had what I think is a good look at everything and can't see why this might be the case. Anyone want to suggest a troubleshooting checklist to check what I've done wrong? Thanks.
