I think it was said in the IPB3 preview forums that IPB3 would be made useable with IE6. Now the company forums are updated, I can no longer use them when at work as the skin/CSS is totally useless in IE6. What are the plans for making IPB3 useable with IE6 ?

I'm not sure if this is doable but... If possible can you guys see about removing some of the line breaks in the forum rules that display at the top of the forums? In the Technical Chat forum here, between the header and the rules, that fills my screen, and it seems like maybe during the conversion a few got added. I don't remember the spacing like this. I've manually typed in the URL to a specific sub-forum on these boards that I remembered the URL by heart. If anyone's as silly as me, or uses bookmarks to get to a specific sub-forum, they'd be greeted by the main index of the forum because of the small oversight. I understand that PM's may take a long time to convert over to the new format when we upgrade to v3. My board is rather large; is it wise to tell everyone to backup their PM's, and then drop the table before upgrading? Thanks...

Sorry if this is a repeat post (which it is almost sure to be)....but I was wondering what the deal will be for skins? My situation is this: my forums are really simple....and I happen to REALLY REALLY like the default blue colour scheme that you get up to 2.3.6. I've taken a look at 3.0 and it's definitely sweet....however, the default skin colour scheme just doesn't do it for me like the steely blue default you've used in the past. My question, then, is: will you be including this scheme as a selectable default? And if not...PLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE? :unsure: And remember.....a good pun is its own reword.

Why many of the images, such as avatars and smilies disappeared and now a red x is showed in their place? It usually happen when the images are deleted in the server, but I assume it's not the case here. I do have many smilies uploaded to my forum. When I upgrade all of these smilies will be lost with the conversion?

Last night, I marked the entire board as read. About 10 minutes ago, all posts were unread. I then marked as read again.... Now, I have clicked into the Index again, and once again, every single topic on the forum is unread again.... :blink: Bug, or something my end? I'm on Safari 4 on Leopard 10.5.6. :)

I notice IPB for some reason has tendency of putting things on the left, for example the ipb smilies in 2.3 To my point, I was creating a new thread and I noticed that the attachments is on the left "see the image" now to me this seems out of place, do we have to option to center this box??? or move it to the right??

At the time of posting this, I have a reputation of -1. If I knew which of my posts had a negative reputation, I would be able to get feedback and perhaps modify my behaviour so that other members would be happier with my post content. Similarly, for others' posts where I cannot vote, it would be good to see reputation, so I can analyse what makes a 'good' post. However, I can ONLY see post reputation on posts where I can vote.

Just did a quick site:forums.invisionpower.com search on Google, and it seems that pretty much the entire forum has been re-indexed using the new URL structure. I did notice that the number of indexed pages dropped from 150k to 136k since the re-index, but I'm assuming that's a good thing - removal of dupe content. Nice to see that your changes haven't had a negative impact, isn't it? :)

On my Blackberry's main menu screen it shows me the latest unread email. If I read it, the display changes to show the next latest unread. And the read one disappears from the list. It would be nice if the 'Watched Content' in the sidebar behaved similarly.
