Posted February 25, 200916 yr That make things confusing, at first I thought Micheal lost his dev status. Is this a feature not enabled or a mod waiting to be developed?
February 25, 200916 yr On 2.3.x weren't your usergroup color displayed everywhere you name was? Or I'm just confused.
February 25, 200916 yr I don't think the member names ever were, it's always taken a mod to do that. The 2.3 version had it like it is now, with the group name in the appropriate color. Names are only colored in the Active Users lists in the Board, Forum, and Topic views.

February 25, 200916 yr I've always wondered why user names weren't globally formatted as a stock feature. Even phpBB does that. phpBB is actually the only software I know of that truly does it globally by default, all the rest I've seen don't format last poster names on the board index or when viewing a forum.

This is how I think it should be done in IP.Board, as well.
