Just press the "Home" key :)

Open ACP -> Look & Feel -> Manage Templates & CSS -> Topic View -> topicViewTemplate.

Find:

                <ul class='post_controls'>

Add below: 

                    <li class='home'>

                            <a href="#" onclick="new Effect.ScrollTo( 'ipboard_body' ); return false;">Top of page</a>

                        </li>
