Hi there, I've just tried to create a new category in Downloads, the first new one I've added in a couple of years. I've toggled a couple of the settings from their defaults in doing so. I press upgrade button and now my site stopped work. This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://website.com/admin/?app=core&module=system&controller=upgrade might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. How can I create sub forums in clubs. This would be the ideal structure for me. If it's not possible currently, what do I need to do to make it a reality immediately? I mean, would it be possible to hire someone to make it so I can have sub forums in clubs? Thanks

I tried to port over my forum and finally got it working but the "admin" folder is broken. I get this error message when I go to the admin folder: An error occurred (500 Error) We're sorry, but a temporary technical error has occurred which means we cannot display this site right now. CANNOT_MAKE_DIR You can try again by clicking the button below, or try again later. Try again Any thoughts of how to fix this?

Hi everyone I'M trying to set up the rest API on my IPS and link it to members (i wan to know who using it) So i'm using oauth2.0 , i create the API. to make my test , i"m using Postman but when i'm trying to get my token , i log in and i got this error : Invalid Redirection URI I thing is when you create the oAuth CLient , you need to add a redirection URL , so i put the url back to home website. If it is not that , what i need to put or what this error means ? thank you

When I post a link to another topic in a post on my own forum, it creates a nice embed box visual, except that for one specific topic it no longer does, it just pastes the link as text (it used to work fine though).

When uploading animated GIF avatars, the following error appears in a dialog box: This isn't specific to one avatar, but seems to be happening across the board (though only with GIFs). The system log doesn't have any more details except that it's an "InvalidArgumentException::400". I'm running PHP 7.4 and IPS 4.5.4.2, if that helps. Hoping someone might have seen this before and know what's going on?

I'm on the support list of a CIC client, the Client Area support button clearly states support request must come from my email address, your system bounces it telling me "lol no. You are self-hosted"" If you see these bounces internally just grab it and go, otherwise point me in a direction. The actual site problem should be an easy fix (CMS block will not open for editing - clearly exists and is working - I'd poke it with the SQL tool but... you know...)

Hi, I have tried different photos and everything but sometimes the banner disappears and it is just a plain grey background. I am not sure if this is a common problem but I just think it's odd. Either the photo is gone when I go in the ACP or it still shows the preview but says 0 B.

I searched for my recent post "The 20" and used quotes, and it returns nothing, uses the 20, no quotes. It returns one oddly wrong result. However, if I search for the20 quotes or no quotes, it returns the correct results. Are there settings that need to change for this to work correctly? Or can you please explain how we search in the forum properly? Greetings. I recently joined the community in the hope of getting some help. Hello A few days ago we had to change the VPS. For some reaseon i have an access to admin panel but forum is not avaliable. I've seen that 500 error might be the problem with file permissions but in admin panel everything seems to work fine (only a new security update): Any ideas?
