Hello, I had a problem with the page module. I accidentally clicked on the duplicate option instead of the permission and the page category was duplicated. The duplicated category title now shows the name of the original category + copy. The problems are two: 1 When I try to delete that empty category, I will get the error attached 2. Why is the category being duplicated if I didn't save it. Shouldn't the category be saved ONLY if I save it?. This happens on other modules. I am using the latest 4.7 beta version. Thanks

My host, Dreamhost, changed my sql server this morning and moved my database over to the new server. I am able to access the database on the correct server, but the main site is dropping errors. HTTP Error 500 Site is currently using PHP 7.4. I did nothing wrong just edited the Footer from Theme settings than this thing gone again, without any reason to be gone or removed, I dont get this, I happend before I removed everything reinstalled I removed database too, because I only reinstalled invision back it didnt work, I removed database reinstall I thought it fixed, Now when I try just simply edit the Footer on theme area, this thing gone again. It doesnt fix when you change theme or go to sample theme or default theme or any other theme, it just gone. Please tell me where is this thing located at I will staple it there,, Please tell me where this functions this things located at…

Hello, I changed to a new CDN network as MaxCDN was bought out by StackPath. I changed my file settings, however, my custom emoji are still showing the old cdn path. And now, when posting emoji, the emoji shows up on the editor, but when you submit the post ... it shows the URL to the old CDN and the emoticon is not displaying. I've already cleared system caches several times, and I did a server reboot. I do not have any redis cache installed, and simply running the file system. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Host Header Injection: : An attacker can perform malicious activity using host header injection. When editing or adding Stock Action in the support desk, I get a crash. Ruled out Radical Tags which we thought was causing the first crash. Even disabling it, the crash persists. Thoughts? Thanks. Hi. I'm struggling to see how I can edit my Forums Page footer. I was expecting a Block or something, but I just want to edit the existing Footer page and cannot see a block. Any ideas. I don't do much editing on that so I'm not so familiar with it. Thanks

When I scale font size in the theme editing, it does not apply to mobile font size. It is still small. I use default theme with slightly changed colors via Easy Mode Editor. No custom CSS.

Is it possible to get rid of View full X link in the topic created from the database record? The reason is, that it does not make sense for some databases. E. g. Links Directory: View full website. Hello, I've tried a couple of times to associate two products and I couldn't make it work. I would need help. This is what I want to do: 1. Create Poduct1 that has a fixed price that will grant the member access to certain forums. 2. On the registration process, if the product 1 is selected, the member should see the associated product called Membership which is a monthly recurring payment. Is that possible? Hi sadly my invision community is chashed, first I tried to add rich text to a page, it gave me error on the page, I clicked go to support and checked the issues, there was 3 issue 1 with database 2 cloudflare caching and 3 Push Notifications, I cleared cache and went to themes area because it was saying like non default theme, I went to themes area than server gave this error first "Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme." and now status is this

I haven't made any changes in at least a week. This morning all was well. I checked the site this afternoon, and now I get a 500 error. The host said the server and database are both running and talking to each other. They do not see any errors on their end. There's a php.info file on the site, that's responding fine. Thoughts on how to fix this?

If a spammer signs up, registers to receive the News and Updates, and then are subsequently banned because they are spammers, do they still receive any email updates? I'm curious about how this might work.

Is the analytics module in the ACP deprecated? Because I am missing a link to the analytics settings. Still can access via URL parameter ?app=core&module=promotion&controller=analytics though. and also modify stuff sucessfully. Default English Language is active... 🙂

I am attempting to create custom stock levels - price adjustments on my store for 5 categories. I keep continuously running into the same issue though. The issue I am running into is every time I attempt to set the values on the stock levels the product glitches out severely and unticks show in store and the payment option as well as sets the stock value back to default without the custom fields. Has anyone found a solution to this as this is a really obnoxious bug.

Over the last couple of years, we have had issues with registration confirmation emails being sent out. We tried changing to admin validation but since there was no email to alert the admin to validate the account, that didn't work either. We also recently learned that emails for password resets aren't working so we know something in the email setup isn't working. Any suggestions on how to fix this or where to look to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
