Posted May 15, 20222 yr Setup download attachment for Members, but it's can't download. Anyone had issue like me and how to fix this?

Did you convert from another software recently?

I'm using 4.7.0 Beta 1, don't using another software.

If you are copy/pasting it without the key, this can create issues. If this is happening on the software inserting, please verify and update your credentials on file: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. I try two this way for test this function 1. Upload file, Insert it by IPS, updated post, try download, but can't download. 2. Edit post, upload file again with same file, this time have two problem: Name of file is: xxxx_filename.zip ( can download ) OR Name is filename.zip, but the address is https://xxx.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=18&key=3978aa4f12d9f8a09f4a0471171a7b02 ( can download ) have &key U can try this. May 17, 20222 yr Easy to reproduce on here - upload a file and click it to insert into a post, link is missing the key Number field 1.0.0.xml But don't click the uploaded file, and instead allow it to be inserted by the 'Submit' process...link is fine. Hope fix after public released.
May 17, 20222 yr Good find, I had noticed this same thing in one of my member's posts yesterday and wasn't sure why the key was missing. A simple edit and re-embed fixed it. Now I know why! 👍
July 11, 20222 yr Community Expert Solution This issue has been resolved in 4.7.0 which has recently been released. Please upgrade to that version to resolve this, and of course, let us know if you are still seeing any issues.
