Filter and sorting by functions on database listing templates are weird.

1. Create a custom field Yes/No on the database and Allow filtering.
2. Add a filters block to the page.
3. Make your selection in the filter block and click Update
4. Select in SORT BY menu another sorting
5. The filter is still set, but is now no ignored

This issue has been resolved in 4.7.0 which has recently been released. Please upgrade to that version to resolve this, and of course, let us know if you are still seeing any issues.
