Hi, I've the user ID=2268 with annual plan activated and IPS not generated the renewal automatically in time (5 days until expired). So I create it manually.

Stripe or PayPal have the most expensive fees for payments. I'm paying to 5% in a lot cases.

Today we have many newest and cheapest alternatives like Revolut, Skrill, Payoneer, Clover, Dharma, Binance.

We need more flexibily and alternatives to charge our payments in IPS.

We have 3 ways to sell our services but some times we need to combinate different services in a single sell. And IPS not let to sell all combinations needed.

This settings will be a great feature for upcoming updates:

1. Include course in subscription: Now we can set inicial price and renewal price, only need to enroll in course or courses with subscription. The same function like groups, enroll to X and Y courses and option to reset enroll if purchase expires or is cancelled. Here it is important to consider how we manage course enrolls in upgrades and downgrades. Because diferent subscriptions can enrolled the same course, so shouldn't pay full price.
2. Let to sell courses to guest users: Now needs to register before buy a course, I have "Require Subscription Purchase" set to allways so isn't user friendly. First buy and pay a subscription and then buy and pay a course .... It looks like a "scam".
3. Now with "Require Subscription Purchase" set to allways if any user buy a course but cancell your subscription can't access to the course, IPS requires to renew or buy a new subcription and then you will can view your course again. Isn't correct, the user paid for a course. Here you should analize this function and combine subscriptions with courses and digital products to let access allways for a bought content.
4. Course, products and/or subcriptions requirements. For exemple to let buy a subscription X you can bought and complete the Z course previously.

It is all at the moment, if I detect more features will add here.

But I am not only going to sell the course to subscribed users. I need to sell the course to new users and subscribe for 1 month at the same time, selling the course or selling the subscription. But it doesn't make sense to have to sell a subscription first and then sell the course, I repeat it is not friendly and can cause distrust in new users. It looks like a "scam".

Ok, I have the Require Subscription Purchase to allways, so, for buy a course first should buy a subscription and then buy a course. Very confuse for new users and difficult to explain it.
Can I make the course as free and let access only by subscription? I can set a initial price for course plus monthly plan and then renewal monthly price.

Ok, I had wrong the permisions. Now guests can see the course but not can buy the course. I can't set the "Enroll" field permission, it is deactivated. So guests can't buy courses, they should buy a subscription previously? It is confuse and not friendly.

The course group requirement it is a bug? Should I create a new post as technical problem?

Another question, the course group requirement not allow to set the "Guest" group so, not registered users can't view courses. The groups list show all my groups less guest.

They need to register first and then can view and buy courses. It isn't firendly, guest users should can view assigned courses without register process.

It is a bug?

Thanks Marc, I know it, but I need to make a bundle or similar to sell the course with 1 montly plan included and then require a monthly renewal. And only offer the montly plans if previously bought a the course. It is possible in any way?

I need this settings, I don't know how can I do and I need your help.

I need to sell the Course "A" + 1 month subscription for any new user, then the renewal monthly subcription will be aditional quote. If any user cancel renewal can acces to the course but not protected forum content.

Only users with this purchased course can re-subscribe to this monthly plan.

Any idea to setup? Thanks a lot.

Thanks Marc but I think this is a major feature/problem because it doesn't make sense to have currency by language but not by geolocation.

Why in English should I select only one currency, USD? GBP? EUR? We talk english in a lot countries but not only use USD or GPB.

We should show prices in the local currency of the user and we should have the possibility to set different prices for each location because the same service could have different prices depending on the user's payment capabilities.

There is an important feature for upcoming updates to have a great IPS communities.

Up this topic again. Show your support for IPS team develop this function.

I have the user with id=2330 who bought a monthly subscription and then upgraded to an annual subscription. Now his annual subscription has expired and he has no active subscription, instead the main group assignment has changed from annual to monthly. So the user has access to the paid content and he hasn't an active subscription.
It is a serious flaw in the management of permissions and accesses since it changes the group to the previous state without taking into account that the previous subscription is no longer active.

Now this user only can renew to the annual subscription, haven't the monthly subcription option to change it.

Can you check it and fix it in future updates?

So I think that it's necesary to add this function in upcoming updates to solve inmediatly this heavy bugs.

We have a lot of bugs in two latests updates, v4.7.10 and v4.7.11. How can we go back in a downgrade to older and stable versions until you can solve all issues? We have to offer excellent usability to our customers and this is not the way to do it.

I have upgraded to v4.7.11 as recommended on the admin site and I have several problems with ads. They pop up again every reload page all the time even if I close them.

Can you take a look and solve it?

I can see your metadescription, but google changes this text is for every user according to your preferences and tastes, so it is normal to have different description for every user.

Since a few months ago, Google has been able to change the meta-description of any result to better match the user's search intent. So it selects part of the web content and shows it in the description to "better" help the user.

Hi team, I've activated to "always" the Require Subscription Purchase field and the users id=2338 or id=2334 was created without subscription purchase. This users was registered by Google Method (probably the same for other social methods). The users haven't access permisions to restricted content because no change the primary group assingment.

But, this situation generates a zap and creates, wrongly, a new client registered and it add to the clients automatizations in my CRM, so it's a kaos.

I think that can be an issue, because this users not shoub be created in IPS, with mail register method runs perfectly, not register without subcription purchase.

Can you take a look and solve in upcoming updates?

It is possible to set auto alphabetical order in forums or subforums? I only find this display option for that but only order the topics, not the subforums or categories inside. Now I reorder manually any new subforum, I've more than 200 subforums and it is a heavy work.
