Hi team,
I need to search and check a lot of links in my IPS forum because I changed an old page and has changed some URLs without redirect 301. I need to search all links including a exact subdomain like "guide.invisioncommunity.com" for example. I need to check the links added in posts as link and added with copy&paste function.
How I can do it? Thanks a lot!

Are you using your own mail server in the SMTP settings or are you using the default IPS mail settings?
I use my own mail server configuration with TLS certificate.

Thanks Randy, I've configured SPF and DKIM in my mail server. This problem is only with BCC mails.

Yes @Jim M is my cloud IPS.
The original mail to direct destinatary has TLS encryption as you can see in this pic.
The carbon copy mail hasn't the sent by and security fields as you can see in this other pic.

Hi team,
I detect that when IPS sends a Payment mail copy as BCC configured in Payments -> Settings -> Email Copies. This mails arrive as spam because havent any sender certificate.
Can you take a look to solve in upcoming updates.

Hi @Marc Stridgen, we had no luck. The user with id=1635 renewed the subscription 2 days before expiration and IPS changed the user groups in the same way.

This sounds like an issue with your ActiveCampaign step and not IPS, since there are clearly data received from IPS (based on the screenshot with the IPS step)I don't know @Daniel F I've another zap when new member is created and runs perfectly. The 2nd step have exactly the same settings like this with error. So I think that is not zapier problem. I have also opened a support ticket in zapier to they take a look too.

I up this topic. I think that is a great function to our forums. You should show your support in this topic for IPS develop team implement this upgrade.

Thanks @Marc Stridgen, only increasing the grace period we have the same sequence. So is not a solution. Now I modify the renewal time earlier to test too.

Yes @Marc Stridgen I connect the new version some days ago.
I view some incongruence, I config a zap when user is edited, but IPS send new member data, so probably this is the problem.

Hi team, my zapier app send me some mails with error zaps sended by IPS. Zapier turn off the zap automatically by this error.
I have created a zap when a IPS member is edited and send the email, name and primary group to update my client in ActiveCampaign.
I update manually the user email with id=2330, IPS shoot a zap and ActiveCampaign receive empty fields and returns this error because not contains any ID or email.
I've many errors in the last hours for the same zap and it looks an issue or bug in the zapier connection. Some zaps sended haven't any user changes so probably IPS are sending zaps in more cases that we need.
Can you take a look and solve it?

I already had a one day grace period added and you can see in the first picture the track sequence.
- Renewal: Monthly Plan generated.
- Transaction #312 for Invoice #625 taken automatically - approved.
- Expiring purchase Monthly Plan changed from Member to Old Member.
- Monthly Plan renewed from Invoice #625.
- Purchase Monthly Plan changed from Old Member to Member.
Probably all steps in the same minute, only separeted by few seconds. So I don't know how can generate the invoice earlier (the day before perhaps) because I don't will like add more grace period and I doubt if more grace period will solve this problem.
I add more grace period manually for the next renewal user to test it.

More fields needed, now IPS send as "Name" and "Formatted Name" the IPS username, we need the real First and Second Name too.

Hi team, I've a doubt with the referral program. When I crate a rule the subscriptions not appears for select, only appears products. If I select the first item include the subcriptions? It will be possible add subscriptions in the future?

This movement is an automatic renewal, the user dont make anything. In fact first is the renewal invoice, then the group changes by IPS internally.

Thanks @Marc Stridgen is in my community. The IPS screenshots only are examples of content that I need to search in my cloud IPS.
In the search function I can't search by URL or link so I don't know how I can do it.
Can you explain me how I should to do?
