  2. Hi team, I won a dispute two months later, and this user toke advantage of this monthly plan membership in february. So, if I approve this return this user will have a new renewal since today to the next month? If the answer is yes, Should I delete the dispute only? Thanks a lot.

    Thanks Marc, I updated my IPS but not show the historic data for registered users. I will wait for new user registers to see too but I need to can see the historical Terms & Privacy Policy data accepted.

    Ok Jim, thanks for your explanation. Ok, so only adding groups to users is not enought to get access to restringed forums or pages. So, how can I add manually a subscription to the users that I need?

  5. Thanks a lot @Sonya* for this great app. I'm testing it in my IPS site and found an inconvenience. When crreates a new page or category by default takes the tittle as friendly URL and takes all chars in the tittle. Accents, or special chars included as "ó, ñ, ü, á, etc..." (usually in spanish language) this chars should be convert for your simple form automatically to respect the internation URLs rules.

    I can edit manually every URL in page settings, but by default as IPS makes, He should convert to standar URL format. Can take a look for future updates?

  6. Hi I've a question about force member to accept new Terms and Privacy Policy. What's happend when I force this notification? Sends mail for all users? Send a private notification?

    I've a membership, so I've old users registered but don't have access to private forums, so I dont need to send this notifications for this users, only need to active users. Can I select the users group to receive this advise?

I dont understand how works IPS in this way, If I've activated the "Users must agree to Registration Terms & Rules" have or not have the "Force customers to indicate they accept the terms & conditions at checkout" IPS should register the Registration agreements and then Commerce agreements. There are different agreements and not have to be vinculated.

    So I think that here are a bug with this problem.

  9. Hi @Jim M, I've activated the Enable subscriptions and Force subscription purchase when registering. The force subcription or product is different requirement and I dont know if I need booth activated. I only uses subscriptions for now.

    But the "Get Support" button should not show because I've deactivated the support function. Should show "contact" but not "Support" because on click the support page return error.

    I dont know if this error appears in other conditions but the result is not correctly.

    User id=471 for example, I test in more users with the same problem.

    I think that IPS not compare subscription time to calculate this charge. You compare the monthly price with annual price divided for 12 months, so the result allways will be wrong.

    If I change to annual subscription today will have access for 1 year since today, so should charge complete annual price less the monthly time not covered.

  12. Will be a great function to limit by privileges to send private messages only to group users permited.

    For example: Subscriptors only can send to administrators and moderators.

    Now not exist any limit, only can deactivate the meesage app for every user group but not is the best solution.

    Can you consider for upcoming updates?
